I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I was looking for a inexpensive car to drive my kids around. I did a little bit of homework on price and options. I decided on a Kia Optima. There was quite a few out there but either the mileage was too high or it was priced too high. I found one at Hertz car sales in Costa Mesa that had decent miles but was priced just right!!! I called spoke to Brian B and was surprised at how nice he was. Not pushy at all. He really is a nice guy!! I came in test drove , loved it and Anita in finance got me approved , signed and out the door in time to pick up the kids from school in a sweet new ride!!! Awesome!!! If they have what your looking for then you should definitely go!!!

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

The whole experience was nice -I do wish that I would have learned more about the vehicle maybe had it set up for me-I am struggling with that at home.

I was on the market looking for a good car went to see some cars at cerritos but while waiting for the sales person to test drive i was looking at the same car 2017 sentra on my phone from 605 auto also 7 thousand miles but $3500 less than the one a was looking at so after test drive and a very pushy sales person i when to this dealer which it was just two miles away so i look at this 2017 sentra. I got a great deal. they finance me with wellsfargo and was able to save more than $3500. the service was excellent. The place was very clean and cars have low miles. also they offered pop corn. thanks iris and the all staff at 605 Auto definitely highly recommend this dealer

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

Dealer incentives and Ford's incentives made shopping here a better choice. To get the deal I needed. Prices were a bit better than other dealers.

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

This car met all of my needs, I am a tall guy with long legs and I definitely have the legroom needed and the other features on this car just blows me away.

Very much like the Pacifica, but the radio system is terrible. The android auto system is terrible. Would not recommend the system. Sometimes works than it doesn't. You get messages with NO explanation of the meaning nor how to manage the system. Switches betweenb audio programs w/o notic. Android Auto system is hit and miss. Like the veh except for the terrible audio system.

Love. It. Just wish had a little more of the true luxury appointments like those of the 70s and 80 s. Such as soft supple leather , real carpet etc...

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I bought my Chrysler 300 2012 brand new and when I took it to have the steering column repaired the dealership told me that they don't make that part anymore. Left me stun because I don't know what to do about it .I have always took my car to the dealership for repairs and oil changes. Still today I can't find anyone to fix it .I am very disappointed in the dealership. I need my car for work and doctor appointments. That car cost me a hefty penny. They should stop selling cars if they can't fix them . So disappointed!!!

Called for service on Wednesday made a 9am appointment for Friday Arrived at 8:45 Told service would be about 4 Hours Offered a ride to my house and back I decided to wait Car was ready in 3 1/2 hours Washed and ready to roll EXCELLENT SERVICE

I love my 300, it gives me the power I need when I need . It gives me comfort while I drive. I feel very secure in it. It keeps me humble because without God I would not be driving it. This is how I feel like it or leave it.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Easy to work with and accommdated my needs in a timely manner. Friendly service people at Moss Bros Dodge. I will go there again even though it's not the closest dealer shop to my home. Worth the extra drive.
