I went into Shuman Chrysler not knowing if we could make a deal or not, but thankfully we did. Tim Dalsasso was very helpful, he was patient as I asked the same questions over and over. It is one thing to read a lot and know technically know the trims and differences. It is another experiencing them. I can't say enough good things about Tim. They are not high pressure sales reps, they are non-commissioned sales reps that are really there to help. For me, I was buying a Pacifica the last day of the month in November. Trying to buy a car on the last day month sales could normally make a sales rep bring on a lot of pressure to meet a quota, especially in the last months of the year. But Tim could have not been any more laid back, patient, and informative. It was also nice having a nice chat with Chris Brough, the general sales manager and Allen Myers, another sales rep. I will definitely recommend friends, co-workers, and family members to buy from Tim. I appreciate the culture at Shuman Chrysler and I will be back in the future.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suburban Nissan. In both cases we traded in our vehicles and were given fair trade in values. The whole process from start to finish we were treated wonderfully. Our salesperson Josh Bianco was very helpful and listened carefully to my requests and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. You can???t ask for more than that. He kept the ball rolling all the way through the process and when it came time to finalize the deal the finance manager was great and had everything well organized so it only took a very short amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. Service was great! Took their time in evaluating. Mike was a good customer service agent. Called back when necessary to provide updates. Determined the issue to be warranty, thus saving on our end. We did end up having to pay for a new set of tires because of the issue prior to the Orchard inspection. But are and have been happy with Orchards customer service team and the quality of work from the technicians.
Rudy Desantis made it possible for me to buy my dream car! It was quick and painless. Drove 4 hours to see the car and I have no regrets. Have been a Ford owner for 25 years & this was my 1st experience at a different comany & it was the best customer service experince I have ever had. I gave my salesman all of the pertinant information he needed via email. And he had everyting ready by the time I got there and was out withing 45 minutes. I have a very busy work schedule, as do most of us & I do not want to spend a lot of time at the dealer & I certainly did not have to. In & out, just the way I prefer. Rich Milne did a superb job & also his assistant, who's name I just can't recall @ the moment. (sorry)

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
