Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I discussed the purchase of a 2023 Mini Cooper "S" with salesman Dustin Summers. He was completely knowledgeable of all the features and details of the vehicle. At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

2014 Outback manual transmission and rear differential oil change was performed. It was done quickly.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
