Scott Clark Toyota review
There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.
2023 Dodge Challenger review
Plenty of power. Plenty of style. Like the old coke bottle. Curves like a Woman. They are Sexy and also made to enjoy. Too bad the 2023 was the Last Call for the Scat Pack. One of the finest cars ever made. The one with the SRT Package with the leather interior is over the top.

2015 BMW M235 review
I traded a 2012 BMW X6M for my (now) 2015 M235i. The X6M was a great car...but no longer needed the extra room or power that it had. The M235i also has great features and plenty fast for me...plus I wanted another convertible. This is my 3rd Beemer...and all have been excellent cars.

CarMax South Boulevard review
I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !
2026 Ford Mustang review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and Love it. The mustang has really improved over the years in style, comfort and performance! The Color is Blue Ember and is a really beautiful color. The flakes in the paint really stand out in the sun. The Coyote Engine gives superb performance and really sounds Great! I Highly recommend getting one especially if you are looking for Performance and Style if you can’t afford a Shelby or a Rouche .To me you can’t go wrong with this High Performance Dark Horse Mustang!

Mazda of South Charlotte review
I was in the market for a new car and was shopping around with different dealerships as I was not tied to a specific brand. When I met Ali Aznaurav at Mazda South Charlotte, we found that he was one of the most genuine salesman and we had visited several dealers before this. He patiently heard us, never tried to force us into a sale, never pre-judged us. We got a great deal at the end and we are very happy with the service. He also got us great discounts on the selling price and excellent value on the trade. He is the best and you can't go wrong with him. Thank you Ali.
2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

This is the only place that services my Jeep and they always do a thorough job when doing my regular oil changes and 18 point inspections. Hector Rivera is the best service advisor, has great customer service skills and is always addressing all my concerns and all of that in a timely manner as well! Also appreciate the great set up of their customer waiting area!
2025 Dodge Charger Daytona review
A less than 3 year used awd full sized sedan EV with heated seats, heated steering wheel and 495hp for under 30k. It looks good, fake engine noises is a sad thought, but i smile every time I hear it. I drive it hard all the time and I don't have to worry about breaking and engine or transmission. It eats tires. - The bad, if you get one that still hasn't been serviced for an open recall, the 12v battery will die every now and again. I have a jump pack and opening the hood my car makes me feel macho so I'm not complaining.

Highly recommend Mark Ficken Ford! We just purchased a beautiful 2026 Ford Explorer and couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, we received the best hospitality of any dealership we?ve ever visited. They were fair, generous with our budget, and truly made the process enjoyable. Special thanks to our manager Ervin Jaimes and Ashton Jones, who provided an outstanding visit and made everything seamless. If you?re looking for a great buying experience, this is the place! I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.
2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

Hendrick BMW review
I arrived early for my appointment and I was greeted, as usual with a smile. Sal Seck was smiling, joyful and let me know that it was okay to be there early. Sal was a true professional. We had a conversation about the items that I saw effecting my car. He always takes his time explaining what they saw or did not see. He asked if I wanted to see the genius staff and I stated yes. I spoke to Cooper M who sat in my car going over the items that were not operating well. He took action and demonstrated functions in the car. Re-Connected my phone to the car. Cooper answered all of my questions. Finally, I spoke to the tire specialist Joe, and he took the time to provide pricing for my tires and looked at the tires to explain that they were not seasonal but run flats. He was basically in teaching mode about the tires! This Hendrick BMW dealership is always comfortable, the staff are always pleasant, and they have tasty snacks. The wait is usually a brief one and I never mind waiting.

2002 Chevrolet Corvette review
It truly is an American dream car... fast, reliable, easy to maintain, quick response, surprisingly good gas mileage better than my Nissan XTerra, and most of all very affordable sports car in the market. Most maintenance can be done by an average DIYer and there's a glut of after market parts available everywhere. I have a convertible triple black and it gets admired every time I'm on the road. This is my first Corvette and with my age, probably not my last.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!
2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

LOVE IT.

JTs Kia of Rock Hill review
It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln review
This was the easiest new car buy I've ever had. I bought a 2026 F150 Lobo and had them install a Whipple supercharger. They took care of everything. Nick my salesman and Hunter were easy to work with and made things move smoothly. Nick went above and beyond in this purchase. I have recommended them to all my friends and now on here. You can't find a better dealer than Mark Ficken Ford.
2022 Ford Mustang review
Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.

2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 review
Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

2003 Nissan 350Z review
2003 350Z with 6SPD manual own it for over 20 years, this car is the poor men Ferrari rolling along at 60 in 3rd gear and punch it, it takes off like a rocket ( no need for turbo). I have had over 300 cars in the last 25 years, hands down this one is the best for over all REAL car experience for the money, don't need to spend $50K for lousy Mopar. plus it holds its value. its also the only car that wi get you 24 MPG city and 30 MPG Hwy if you keep your heavy foot off the gas, no sports car can do that . also it is the best front to rear weight ration, 49% front and 51% rear. Its a sunday driver so the mileage on it is less than 25K now after all these years. other then oil and battery once awhile, no other issues.

Kasie Estevez (dealer @carmax) is a godsend. She took everything into consideration. the longevity of the car, the service costs, the insurance and just about everything else you can think of. I came in with a car picked out and money in hand, ready to buy. Easy commission for anyone, but instead she looked out for me and helped me find a better, more reliable, and cheaper car. 10/10
