Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. The car arrived in MA on the evening of 7/17.I have bough a lot of cars over the years best experience yet. Thanks agene Jim.
I visited Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda based on a very appealing cars.com post of a Honda CRV. We were unsure of having to drive a hour to get there but the price and the way they followed up instantly after requesting more information made us feel more comfortable taking the drive there. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Jarek Muszkatel, who I want to point out is an excellent salesman and Jonathan Proano, the sales manager who also went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. We inquired about the vehicle, and after inspecting it, it was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We took it out for a test drive with Jarek and as soon as we got in the car he have us tips on what to look for and what to listen for when drive testing a car, it was basically the same thing we were already looking at but coming from the salesman was more reassuring he even offered a longer test drive if we wanted more time to listen to the vehicle. We were already happy with how the car looked and how it drove and after visiting dealer after dealer we knew weren’t going to find better.
The paperwork process was a breeze, there was a couple things we had to figure out but Jarek and Jonathan were very understanding and worked with us all the way through. I could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda.
Drove up to Castle Honda to look at a car we seen posted on Cars.com. After finding the car, we were able to look at it without being rushed by salespeople . The used car department is laid back yet professional with excellent customer service Ali & Josh were great to work with!
I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes models. He is very prompt with questions and responses and follows up. A pleasure to deal with. The two vehicles I was pricing out were competitive nationally.
I purchased a Pre-Owned Porsche Boxster S from Ultimo Motors online from 900 miles away, and included a trade of my vehicle in the process. The entire deal could not have gone smoother. Tasho was very professional, prompt and detailed from negotiating the trade-in via email and phone, through picking up the vehicle. I reviewed the paperwork in advance, then drove my car 900 miles to trade it in and pick up the Porsche I purchased. I had full confidence this dealership would complete the deal as expected, and they did. When I arrived, my new vehicle was spotless and ready to go. We went for a quick test drive then we worked quickly through the documentation and I was on my way. I wish I had more time to spend in their spectacular indoor showroom full of high end vehicles. Working through the sale and warranty documentation with Brian was a breeze. He was also very detailed and professional. This is a no-nonsense specialty dealership with the type of professionals you want to deal with when you're purchasing an expensive vehicle, especially from far away. They understand their reputation means everything for success in online sales. And they do all they can to satisfy. You can trust them!
Took a little long to buy the vehicle. Jim was very nice and funny. Trevor was respectful and very polite. They made the process very easy for me and my wife. Thinking about going back for a vehicle for my niece. Ask for Trevor or Jim Wheeler(there are two jim's there).
I was really impressed with Webb Chevy .more so with the dealer Geleco gee Marchbanks he made my process in buying a car real easy and fun ,he not only went over all paperwork but also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car .I really appreciated especially coming all the way from Detroit .I would recommend this place and have been to everyone.
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
This by far has been the best experience I???ve had with purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Troy for your car buying needs. Thanks Troy and Robert! You guys were amazing and professional.
