I rolled the dice buying a used car that was across the country from me but both David and Paul made sure I knew what I was getting before I saw the jeep in person! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from new century dodge and the only complaint I have is not living closer to have them as my permanent go to dealer. David was excellent about returning any phone calls and also providing me with any and all pictures I asked for of the vehicle. Even after the purchase and delivery of the jeep David has reached out to me several times to check on the jeep and my satisfaction and addressing anything I had a concern with. I look forward to driving my jeep around and would absolutely use them in the future without hesitation.
Best vehicle experience I have had in 30 years of driving. Jason and his staff did an amazing job. Every aspect of the Truck buying experience for me was painless and I never felt pressured. The $50 over invoice price is such a great way to buy a vehicle. There was no haggling or price adjusting due to interest rates or model year. The selection was great, but they didn’t have my dream truck. I told them what I wanted, and they found it 2 hours away within 10 minutes. The next day I drove off in my dream vehicle. It was all great. I am a repeat buyer from McCarthy-Morse and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. Fast, friendly and honest. All the things you look for in a buying experience. We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.
Every single person in service makes me feel like I am 1 in a million! Can???t wait to come back! I was in for an oil change first thing in the morning. I let them know I had to be at work by 930 and I barely had time to finish my doughnut before they were done and I was headed out the door.
We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did.
After leaving the dealership, we couldn’t tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it.
We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we’d call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent.
This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.
I was looking for a used truck and jerry was the most courteous and non pushy salesman I have ever met and very understanding when I couldn't get the loan I needed but I will definetly be back and hopefully ill see jerry again.
Negotiated directly with Andrew, the Jeep sales manager. There was very little back and forth. Very to the point. Agreed on the price of the Jeep and the value of the trade in in less than 20 minutes. Showed up the next morning to fill out the paperwork. Andrew and Ranger were very helpful. Andrew even hand delivered my license to me after I left it at the dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a DCJR product.
