The salesman Kevin Sime met me at the door and got the ball rolling right away. I shopped online so he had two vehicles ready for me. He went over all the bells and whistles during the test drives and gave me a difficuly decision to make. I was very satisfyed with the purchase and the whole experience with this dealership. Keep up the good work.

Learned about a recall on my 2023 Ram 1500 thru the mail. An hour later, I visited Autonation CDRJ & was assisted by Firas. Firas was able to get my vehicle checked while I waited in their break area drinking a cup of coffee. Service was fast, friendly & comfortable.

CarMax Houston Katy Freeway review
This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .
2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

TX Auto Group Houston review
You don’t know how relieved I am right now. You all can contact SAFEPORT CREDIT SPECIALIST and be guaranteed your credit issues will be over. I have always not been very financially responsible and I want to change that. I wanted to know how I can boost my credit score, and if I would be able to get my credit score up to a good place so that I would be able to take out a mortgage this time next year. I accidentally missed a payment for my car insurance because I always put all my money into savings and take out what I need when I need, which was dumb because I forget to put money into the account when planned payments go through, this caused me to miss one of my insurance payments and I got a letter but I did pay it as soon as I got the letter, which was a few days later. It's not just this that has affected my credit score badly but other stuff has had minor effects. I was kind of panicking because it's a bad credit score. I was incredibly screwed. But everything eventually paid off when I met Safeport Credit Specialist through a reference online (May God Bless Him). His work rate, professionalism and discretion are top notch. He increased my scores and removed all the negative items that have been affecting my scores within 12 days. Which finally got me the mortgage for my house. Tell him Anna referred you to him. Helfman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT Alfa Romeo Maserati review
I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2026 Dodge Durango review
Second Durango we've owned. We love the Hemi when you need the extra boost. Versatility of the interior is great when you put the rear seats down. We have fit a 10' kayak in the back. Only issue with our last Durango was dust at the bottom of the drivers and rear left hand passenger doors. Unfortunately, the used car lot we purchased it from didn't disclose it was in an accident. We found this out when the rust was repaired. We owned a Dodge charger before the first Durango. We lost the ability to pair our phones to the car. Our last Durango's compass failed. We were told that the monitor would need to be replaced to fix the compass. We like our newer Durango. It came with a trailer hitch so I'm looking to pull our smaller TT to see how it pulls versus our F350 diesel.

It is the third car that we bought from the same location and the same sales agent, excellent customer service, they do not pressure you when choosing your car and most importantly they do not have you waiting a whole day to make a purchase! in Archer it is only 1, 2, 3 and voila you leave driving any vehicle My husband and I have had the best Archer Southwest experience
2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2022 Dodge Durango review
This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

We've had a few hiccups in the car the one I'd like to most point out that I think there needs to be a recall on the back LED light stripping failure

I was able to find & purchase the vehicle I was searching for. Although not in the area the salesperson contacted me and did a live video of extior and interior of the SUV.
2019 Dodge Durango review
2019 GT Plus has 73k miles and haven’t had major issues just brakes and normal wear on the vehicle. Drives great, easy to park and feels like a car not a clunky SUV. Would love it to be larger bc I have 3 kids but other than that it’s great!

Great experience getting a car with them !! 100% recommended! I worked with Laura but everyone was so helpful and nice!
2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

My salesperson Ayn was awesome, She was patient with me, offered her insight and suggestions on vehicles that were similar to what I was looking for. There was an issue manager Gene was kind and resolved a few concerns I had about the vehicle I selected. Overall the process was smooth and the customer service was great 👌🏾
2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

TX Auto Group Houston review
Hey guys, my name is Kathryn Murphy, I applied for a house as a single mother with 3 kids in Cincinnati but was not approved due to a bad credit profile. My score was around 460 across the 3-credit bureau with negative rentals on my rentals report. I was on a credit repair forum on reddit when a lady wrote about SAFEPORT CREDIT SPECIALIST how they cleared her debt and increased her credit score. I never believed what she said, but I decided to give them a try. I quickly contacted them for repair assistance which I got a response immediately. They cleared out all negative items on my report and increased my score to 801 excellent credit score, also added positive tradeline within 17 days. They are the best credit repair company I’ve ever come across. Hit them up and let them know Kathryn recommended them to you and come back to thank me after 17 days. Email [email protected]

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

CarMax Gulf Freeway review
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.
