We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
Thanks a lot for David Hernandez , he is really professional and I'd recommend him to my friends when buying or trading cars .

At first the girl on the phone call me back immediately and responded to my first two texts but then dropped off. So I lost interest in pursuing buying a used car there. I can't really see what the dealership is like . It was Labor Day so she might've been busy but I think every customer is very important
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I
I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.
I would like to say thank you Eddie Castrejón. He really gave us the comfort of helping us buying a car, explaining in details and patiently giving me the right information that we needed to purchase the right vehicle for my family. Thank you again for such a great service and appreciate all the help he gave us and all the help the dealership gave us in Costa Mesa. Thank you.

Everybody at AutoNation Toyota Irvine were very helpful. I have bought many cars but this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Everything went smoothly working with Abe Zraiqi through out the whole buying experience and deal. He also emailed me to make sure I was happy with my new car.
The buying process was relatively easy with the no-haggle method. While I was hoping to get a little discount, the quality of the pre-owned cars they sell seem to be outstanding (time will tell) since the cars looked like they came out of the showroom. One of the reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is they should have at least dusted the car I bought (it was black so you can see the dust rather easily) and made some little effort gluing the plastic on the front grill where there was a really slight crack that's hardly noticeable. They could have also showed/highlighted the features of the car. Their sales staff are vey knowledgeable of the cars, though. I wasn't really looking to buy an Acura ILX but after the test drive, I think it is a good value for the price Auto Republic was selling it. Thanks.
