Hertz was my first stop of the day for car shopping. I had checked their website and saw a great selection of cars. My salesman was Chuck, who did an outstanding job as we test drove multiple vehicles before I found the one. From there it was easy, chuck kept me informed throughout the day on the status of the vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. I would recommend buying your car from chuck at hertz.

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

Service including software updates was faster than expected. All green inspection, and no further work required. I have serviced my Volvo?s at this dealership for years

Could not be better. I called 3 places after a deal fell through. Sure, everyone sent me carfax and build sheet. Robert took the time to text me back also ON A SUNDAY. After we agreed and started the purchase process, I had a question. His office staff forwarded the email to him and he called me ON HIS DAY OFF. Best I got from the others is a text a week later and a call. This man not only knows his work, he is wanting to make the sale and kept in constant contact even after the agreement to purchase and deposit was made. When i got the car, there were 2 keys with a nice Porsche key tag with his company name. On top of it, he left a little gift bag for us. Seriously? I know that if I am looking for another Porsche and he is in FL still, this is the man I am going to call FIRST and hopefully I can make it work. Another dealer had a CPO for sale and we couldn't even get to look inside and it wasn't even cleaned up after the lease was over. He got the car sparkling clean on the inside and cleaned off the outside as best as he could with the short time given by the transport company. Like maybe 6 hours. Wash the road dust off and it is a nice clean car again. Professional and knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and is willing to go the extra MILES. Check him out first before you try anyone else for a smooth purchase. Prices were reasonable for what you get. Really reasonable.

You know when your own a Porsche that you?re going to pay a premium to use dealership service department. In my experience and certainly this case it?s worth the money. The attention to detail, level of communication throughout the Repair process, and after Repair follow through has been one of the best service experiences I?ve ever had. Service was great! Luke arranged it, had a brand new Porsche waiting for me as a loaner car and kept me posted about the service by text, email and calling me! So impressive. We?ve had Mercedes and BMWs for many years and never had service like this. Even when I get a nail in a tire, they get me right in and thankfully with the tire warranty they replace it quickly and never a delay. Amazing service! Jr. Gray Will bend over backwards for you to get what you want, he won't give up unless all Avenues are exhausted. Then you go see Jesse in finance, what a treat. He has you in-and-out there in no time with all i's dotted and t's crossed and does it with a smile on his face! These 2 guys make a great team and from what I could see from the other associates, they are every bit as good.

I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

We just leased a 2025 Kona SUV. We worked with Dean in Sales who was terrific and Remi in Finance who was also great. This was THE easiest transaction we have ever completed with a car dealership. Very pleasant experience with both our salesman Dean , and financial personnel. Worked a price on the phone and they never changed it. The car was as clean as advertised. I now driven the Hyundai Tucson for a week and it’s driven nicer than expected.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

Visited for oil change & tire rotation. Overall Customer service was great. Disapointed that technician did not torque lug nuts to spec. He used the impact gun to tighten lug nuts, no torque wrench. Service rep indicated they never use torque wrench, only impact gun. This could create a dangerous situation when lug nuts are not torqued to spec. as per GM owners manual. Suggest management procure torque wrenches and train technicians in proper use of same when changing tires.

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

No unpleasant pushy sales pitch simply helpful information to help me come to a decision. I am finishing a 3500 mile driving vacation that I was able to thoroughly enjoy in good part due to the comfortability of this marvelous machine. Time will tell if the dealership is a continuum of my purchase when it is time to service the happy customer.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I was expecting service to be an in and out process. After the mechanic review of the problematic tire, a decision was determined to replace the defective tire. An Audi vehicle was provided (loaner); and, I was able to pickup my A6 vehicle the next day (early morning).
