I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.
2023 Toyota bZ4X review
What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 review
It is an incredible electric vehicle. It has plenty of great features and one of the best looking interiors of any vehicle on the market. It is much more luxurious than most EVs and the only drawback is that the range is only 236 miles but you can recharge it in 18 mins on a super charger.

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

2024 Genesis GV60 review
The design was definitely focused on luxury sport. Many new technologies are included on the exterior and interior. Facial recognition for entry without a key has performed perfectly. Fingerprint reader for starting vehicle without key needs updating on a regular basis. …? Interior on standard model is above most and layout is near perfect. Backseat suffers a bit for longer legs. While others have complained about cargo area, I’ve never had an issue. This is, however, a two person household. Speed is more than adequate but advanced models will throw you back into the seats and wish the speed limit was 100. 0-60 - who cares? No one drives 0-60! Well, except reviewers!!! 2 recalls, minor. 1 repair, handle. ABOVE AVERAGE. (And the rotating orb selector predicted to be troublesome… Never had a single glitch.😉)

Interior & Comfort – A Luxurious Haven Stepping inside, I was greeted by an exquisitely designed, driver-focused cabin. The materials, fit, and finish exude true luxury, and the beautifully isolated interior creates an oasis of comfort. The seating is exceptionally adjustable, allowing me to fine-tune my position for maximum support, making long commutes an absolute pleasure. Driving Dynamics – Performance Meets Refinement Having previously owned a BMW M850, I had concerns about switching brands, fearing that nothing would come close to the driving experience I was used to. However, Lucid exceeded my expectations. The three driving modes provide the perfect balance between efficiency, comfort, and exhilaration. The 819 horsepower is nothing short of breathtaking, delivering instantaneous acceleration that never fails to put a smile on my face. The handling is precise and confidence-inspiring, with steering sensitivity adjusting seamlessly based on the driving mode. Whether taking tight corners or cruising at high speeds, the car goes exactly where I want it to. Ride Comfort – Designed for Long Journeys Beyond its thrilling performance, the ride comfort is exceptional. The adaptive cruise control, whisper-quiet cabin, and premium sound system elevate every drive. Even with my daily long commute, I step out of the car feeling refreshed. Technology & Infotainment – Intuitive and Smart For the first time, I find myself actually using the native GPS system, which is so good that I no longer need Google Maps. Apple CarPlay works seamlessly, and the integrated streaming services ensure I always have access to the perfect soundtrack for any journey. The infotainment system is intuitive, and having access to two screens makes everything feel effortless. Build Quality & Attention to Detail – Excellence in Every Inch Every aspect of this car screams quality. Range & Charging – Living Up to Expectations The real-world range has been close to the advertised numbers, which is impressive given my driving habits. Charging speeds vary depending on the station and how I’ve been driving, but overall, I am very pleased with the efficiency and ease of recharging. Standout Features – More Than Just a Car The generous legroom in both front and rear, the stunning exterior design, and the ample trunk and frunk space make this car as practical as it is beautiful. Opting for the 21-inch wheels was the right decision—they enhance handling, road feel, and overall driving dynamics while also elevating the car’s appearance. Areas for Improvement – A Work in Progress Some people mention ease of entry and exit, but I personally have had no issues. The AI Voice Assistant could integrate better, but I know Lucid is actively improving it and will push updates over the air, so I have no concerns there. Final Verdict – A Game-Changer After owning Mercedes and multiple BMW models (M550, M850, 330, i4), I can confidently say that switching to Lucid was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This car has completely redefined my expectations, and I am fully committed to the Lucid brand for as long as I can be. The 2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring is not just a car—it’s an experience, a statement, and a benchmark for modern luxury and performance.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

2023 Audi e-tron review
Overall a great SUV. You cannot beat the power, handling and comfort that this totally electric model offers. By far the best-driving and smoothest SUV I have ever owned or driven. Excellent refined styling, Q8 amenities including dash/entertainment system. Range on this model could be better. I’m averaging 160 - 180 miles on a charge (I only charge to 80% based on manufacturer’s recommendation). Also, like most electric vehicles, you do pay a premium.

2025 Audi Q6 e-tron review
My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

2014 BMW i3 review
I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

2015 BMW i3 review
This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

For anyone who has been run around in circles by the dealers in Tysons, do yourself a favor and go to Manassas. Ask for Gee. You will be so happy you did.
2020 Porsche Taycan review
This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric review
I’ve owned my 2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate for about a month now, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The design immediately stands out with a modern, sculpted look that feels unique on the road. Mine is in Thunder Grey with the Fjord Blue interior, and the combo turns heads everywhere. Performance-wise, it’s quick and quiet with instant torque that makes merging and city driving effortless. The one-pedal drive is smooth once you get used to it, and the all-wheel drive gives me confidence in any weather. Inside, the cabin feels luxurious yet understated. The Fjord Blue interior with backlit panels creates a calm, high-end atmosphere. Google built-in is convenient, though it can lag at times. The Harman Kardon sound system is crisp and full, and the panoramic glass roof makes the cabin feel bright and open. For now, I charge at Tesla Superchargers for convenience. A charger was actually installed in my high-rise the day after I bought the car, but it’s not operable yet. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s active. The range has been consistent in real-world use, and I appreciate Volvo’s focus on sustainability without sacrificing comfort or performance. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some software features could be more refined, and visibility through the rear window is limited, but the 360° camera helps a lot. I installed a digital rearview mirror through the Volvo dealer where I purchased my car. Overall, the C40 Recharge feels like a personal luxury cocoon. It’s quiet, confident, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a car that makes me look forward to driving every day.
