This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! I can not say enough about my experience at Long Cadillac. I was referred by a friend that has worked with Long over the past several years; his referral was nothing short of spot-on. The atmosphere at Long sets the gold standard for what every car dealership should strive for. My Sales Associate, Ron, greeted me with a smile and was eager to answer my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

The whole experience was very positive. All the people were friendly and professional. Have had the car now over a week. It’s everything that I hoped it would be.

I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

Perfect size, great range, charge it at home, quiet, fast accelerating smooth ride, had the 2024 and jumped at the 2025 opportunity before the IRA goes away, I can definitely see myself in this vehicle easily for the next 10-15 years!!

In fact, the Pilot we were interested were not available, Dan was helpful to find the car that we want from the other location and made it shipped to Hanover for us. David Hernandez always go far and beyond in customer service by making sure that I make a appointment at the best day and time according to my schedule which is beneficial and I always leave the dealership happy after his service has been provided. I love the Bolt in general. I just bought my 4th one. It is by far the best value in EV's with the best range. The Premier is a really cool trim...I just bought the 2022 EUV Premier again the other night...it has birds eye view camera...panoramic roof...blind spot detector..lane assist...nav....the thermal battery management system keeps that battery healthy. Range is consistent around 250 miles based on driving habits. The Bolt in any trim/body style is by far the best value in the EV market.

I needed help upgrading my car on a lease and I couldn’t have gotten better service and help than I did from the people here. Everyone was so helpful and nice and knowledgeable and I was so happy leaving with the exact car I wanted at my ideal price point!

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

I’m 83 years old and this is my first EV. Yes it did take some patience and with the help of my grandson to feel comfortable to start with. We purchased it in November on my wife’s birthday in 2022. The first new car I purchased was a 1964 Pontiac. This Bolt SUV is one of the nicest new vehicles I have ever purchased. I really love this car and we’ve had a lot of laughs mostly on the charging aspect of it. But I’ll give it a five star on everything and hope we can drive it for many more years.
