Hardy SuperstoreReviews
Hardy Superstore review
I just want to say that I had a very professional customer service experience with Ryan Ramdass and wanted to write a review to express my gratitude. Ryan and I had an issue that we had to address and resolve over the phone and he handled it very professional and cautiously. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is searching for their next Chevrolet! He is a top notch salesman in my book. I his straight forward and to the point and says it like it is and I appreciate that about him and our conversation. Ask for Ryan when you look to purchase your next car he will not let you down. Mike White FordReviews
Mike White Ford review
Had a great experience with Mike White Ford. Dealing with Travis thru phone and text, answered questions on a car I wanted, finally was able to make the trip to Couer d'Alene to see and drive in person, Travis turned me over to Andrew. Both guys can not say enough how they both are awesome to work with and the process was pretty fast to get me back on the road home. Also everyone was opening doors for us, WHAT! you do not see that anymore or even at out local dealership, Mike White Ford puts them to shame.. LOL... Thank you so much for putting me in my dream car. Happy with my experience, great dealership to deal with..

From the moment we walked in and met with Jimmy service was first class. He provided information, and showed us patience and professionalism. When other information was needed he quickly brought in Dina with education and Andrew from finance. Jimmy was kind, professional and ensured time was taken to make us feel comfortable and welcomed - BRAVO on the first class experience!

Great staff had one issue; there were scratches down both sides of the car I purchased. I noticed them after they pulled the car around and I was transferring items. I live over an hour and a half away, so I wasn't able to bring it back to them to have it fixed. they let me take it to my local detail shop and have it done. I emailed them a copy of the receipt, and they mailed me a check out. I will defiantly be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Thank you for all your help I am in love with my new car!!

Burritt Motors review
Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.

Hunter Subaru review
Three years ago we bought our first Suburu from Brad White at Hunter. Yesterday, we turned that car back in and Brad helped us select a new Forester. He spent a lot of time with us, answered questions, qualified our needs, went the extra mile... We drove the new car home and are happy with it. We wanted to shout out to Brad, car salesman extraordinaire and super nice guy. Thank you! Linda and Paul Liberman Hendersonville

Wallace Imports of Johnson CityReviews
Wallace Imports of Johnson City review
My husband and I just purchased a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek with a trade-in and this was the best experience with a dealership we ever had in our lives and we saw plenty of dealerships in the last 50 years.. Starting with the first communication which was Ms. Holly, with the meeting and paperwork with Ms. Erika and the finances documentations with Mr. Joey. All 3 of them were professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly and they all went the extra mile to please the customer by explaining every detail we asked. They also have a follow up after the sale making sure all is going well. Thank you all, we love our new car and will recommend your company to everyone I know they are looking for a vehicle. This dealership staff is doing a win-win for everyone, they are fair, trustworthy and want to keep customers long term. We came from NC here and we both are impressed with everyone's service and we highly recommend them.

2024 Ford Bronco review
More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!
