I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!

She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Ford Bronco from All-American Ford. Marc was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only am I thrilled with the car, but the customer service exceeded every expectation. Marc took me on a test drive, helped me set up my auto insurance, downloaded the Ford app with me for the remote start and lock features, and walked me through all the controls. He showed me how to connect Apple CarPlay, switch to four-wheel drive, locate the hazards, and use every button on the steering wheel. I left with all my questions answered and complete confidence in my new Bronco. From now on, I will only be purchasing and leasing vehicles from All-American Ford. A big shout out to the incredible owner, Chris, who is humble, kind, and genuinely helpful. He personally reviewed the pros and cons of leasing with me.
