Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.
Great visit, and great service on my 2007 Ford Focus. Mr. Agner Hernandez was the service representative that oversaw the service on my 2007 Ford Focus. Mr. Hernandez displayed politeness, courtesy, and friendliness - a total professional. The professionalism that Mr. Hernandez displayed will want customers like me, and others, to keep returning back to Koons Form on any future service on their automobile.
Purchased a new Lincoln MKZ yesterday, the salesman, Narh Caternor was awesome. He explained the difference between three models of Lincolns, which helped me choice right one for me. I came to Koons, Silver Spring after visiting dealerships much closer to me on more than one occasion. I highly recommend them to anyone.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
We just bought our 2nd new Fusion Hybrid from Battlefield, and from Greg Wood. He’s amazing and makes buying a new car enjoyable. We’ve had all service done thru the dealer, and the service has been excellent every time.
We have purchased 3 trucks in the last 3 years from Billy Mensh. All were purchased over the phone with no pressure and at the best price. They delivered always as promised with no bait and switch like the NJ market. In and out.
I recently purchased a 2014 BMW X3 from Koons Silver Spring and had a great experience. I would highly recommend working with John Speake and Alex Perdikis when looking for a new or used car. I have purchased a number of used cars, mostly in Virginia - which always presents an issue when trying to title the car in Maryland given the inspection requirements. When I explained my needs, the Koons team went out of the way to confirm the cars I was interested in all passed MD inspection and were ready for titling. This level of transparency and willingness to meet your specific needs is not typical of a used car dealership in the DC region. I also brought my own financing with me and received zero pressure for add ons or dealer financing. Smooth experience, great price. I will be back.
Wow! What a deal! Last year I met with Alex P. and John Speake and was able to purchase a 2014 Ford Edge. Just traded-in my 2014 for a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium. John and Alex made this one pain-free experience. I am loving this car big time and plan to only buy from Koons of Silver Spring, Md. Thanks gentlemen for everything you did to close this deal! I'd give you a 10; if I could!

I was in the market for a used Lincoln MKZ. I contacted Koons Ford of Silver Spring and was immediately put in touch with car salesman, Sekou Keita and Roland, his colleague. I narrowed my search down to a 2014 MKZ with a great MSRP and fees. I thought initially that because of rebuilding my credit that I wasn't going to get approved for the car, but Sekou (Keita) and his colleague, Roland were able to speak to the Finance Department and work with the banks on my behalf. Much to my dismay, I was APPROVED on the spot. I thank Sekou and Roland for such wonderful and outstanding customer service and knowing their craft well. Koons Ford of Silver Spring, you now have a new customer for a lifetime!
Call Kevin! He found the truck I was looking for when nobody else could...and I contacted every dealer in a 200 mile radius before Kevin offered to look elsewhere. Nice guy, great communication, and a hard worker.
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.
I came in at 11:00am. I made two things clear: I wanted to purchase the vehicle, and I had to work from 5:30-6:30pm that afternoon. I needed to leave at 5:00. I was more than willing to come back after 6:30 to finish the transaction. I waited over 2 hours to get in the finance office, then I was late for work. I was told multiple times just 5-10 more minutes you will be in the finale office, and no way will you be late for work. FWI: financing a car takes longer than 5-10 minutes?
