Jen was extremely personable and made the whole buying experience an absolute enjoyable with her knowledge and enthusiasm, but most of all the initiative she took in making sure the vehicle measured up to my high expectations. Jen went above and beyond her normal work duties throughout the sales process and she even answered a few last questions on her day off. Ben McEvers greeted us at the door and helped us buy a used Chevy Tahoe that I found on cars.com, with no pressure from him or the others involved in the sale. The price of the car was lower than similar vehicles at other dealers. Got a fair trade in value for my worn out truck. All in all a positive experience, would definitely do business with Apple Ford again
Staff was great! Tiffany in used sales was patient and not at all pushy. Day after I bought my used car, I discovered the rear tail light lens was cracked. They replaced the tail light assembly for me for free the next day! Super nice staff and service!
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
My husband and I were met by the sales staff and We were registered and met with Anthony. (What a great person) He did not push us into a purchase.
Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
Fantastic! Very courteous and friendly people. I enjoyed working with Ryan Benning, General Manager who provided personal attention in a most efficient way. I really sensed that they are in it to satisfy the customer over making the most profit.
Bought a used car for my daughter to take to college. My sales person was great, the price seamed good on the car so overall a good experience. My only issue is with the finance person or whatever they call the person that tries to sell you the extended warranty. He pushed a little too hard and the wisecrack he made about me not loving my daughter because I chose to not purchase the extended warranty was going too far, even if in jest. It pissed me off.
Great experience working with Bob Patterson at the Ford dealership. He spent all the time I needed while looking and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend him and the dealership for purchasing a car.
I recently purchased a car that initially had a transmission issue the service department went the extra mile to resolve problem and make me happy rick the used car manager even extended there exchange policy for me knowing i wasnt happy with car i was very rude and unprofessional to alot of people down there im very sorry to everyone i affended especially chad obert from the service department and reg great people and place I definitely recommend buying a car from them
A typical dealership that doesn't budge on price. It's kind of annoying found a car 1000 dollars cheaper thought we could make something work, was going to pay in cash. They would not budge, the cheaper vehicle even had less miles, so I did not give them my business.
We traded in our car for a truck to pull out new boat. Not only did john Rohan get us a great trade in price he went out of his way to fix and take care of any concerns we had about the used truck we purchased. My wife will be looking for a new vehicle come winter and I wouldn't send her anywhere else. John you did a great job. Thank you
