After going to a few other dealerships we came to Balise and worked with Wendy. She was the absolute best to work with and made everything so seamless. I most definitely will be back to work with Wendy again. She is a genuine person with a gentle way that made the whole experience the best for my first lease!

Lombard Ford Inc review
Lombard Ford - the Ford Dealership where every future Ford Auto Salesman should apprentice for six months before moving to their assigned Dealership. Up front, honest, everything presented and no "additional" surprises. From Sales to the Finance professional a five star rating.
2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

100% a 5 star review. This was my first experience and it was outstanding. Reached agreement over the phone by Facetime with Sales Manager Dan for a magnificent Mustang EcoBoost Premium. Arranged a very convenient delivery on June 28th, did a clear and thorough transaction with Kath in the business office and then saleman Farhan provided excellent hands on training.
2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Effectively diagnosed the intermittent problem I was having by offering the technician to ride along. Also diagnosed an unrelated issue (tires and alignment). Charged me a price on tires that was 25% cheaper than what was quoted......a pleasant surprise.

We took our F 350 Superduty in for a NYS inspection and an oil change. John, our adviser in service pointed out we were due for fuel filter changes. So making sure the truck is properly maintained, we opted for the filter changes also. Because we were caught off guard on the filter change charges John cut us a little break on the price. We truly appreciated that. Once again, we were not disappointed with the service at Northeast Ford.

Special ordered a new Mustang. Dealt directly with the owner to ensure order was perfect. We had an agreement but not a deal on trade. When the car arrived a month sooner than expected I was offered more than we agreed on trade, a nice rebate and MSRP was lower than when I ordered. Salesman John is honest, straight forward, and zero sales tactics. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

This dealership is responsive, helpful and great to work with. I found a vehicle I liked on cars.com, messaged them and they responded within 10 minutes. I purchased the vehicle living in the Chicago area and you would have thought I was down the street because of how easy it was to work with them and to make a deal. Adam

Family Ford Enfield review
I had an excellent experience with Family Ford’s mobile service for my 2015 Ford F-150. Thomas made scheduling easy and explained that both my factory recall and oil change could be handled right in my driveway. Technician Jacob Wyman arrived on time, sent advance notice, and explained everything clearly. He also advised against rotating tires that needed replacement, which I appreciated. That kind of honest advice builds trust. Jacob checked other areas of the truck, reset the dashboard service reminder, and recorded a professional video walk-around explaining the completed work. He took time to answer questions and left my driveway perfectly clean. The convenience was terrific, but Jacob’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stand out. Thank you, Jacob and Thomas! I highly recommend Family Ford and will definitely use them for future service.

The service as usual was great. From the initial interaction to the mechanical work to the checkout and payment. Marcotte ford is the only place to go for service and to buy, lease, or rent a vehicle.
2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Zach and the staff were accommodating and on time. I text the day before on a vehicle and it was ready for me to test drive at the exact scheduled time. Very helpful and easy to work with, no back and forth bidding war. Thank you again Zach for making the process a smooth and easy process. Would recommend anyone to go there to buy a vehicle new or used.
2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Truly a great staff and sales team. The vehicle was just as listed and even felt comfortable during whole process from reviewing to purchasing. The work environment and atmosphere really helped the cause. The team was spot on and I would purchase/lease/recommend in a heart beat.

Left the former dealer to try a new one. Great decision on my part I was less than a # @ the old dealership I was using. I didn?t even make it to the service dept and was assisted by 2 other employees. They could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Bravo to whoever does the hiring there.
