Used Ford Edge SEL for sale near Mesquite, TX

In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I have to be honest with you guys. I had the most over top amazing experience. My sales person was Monique and she took the time and listened to everything that I was interested in. It was kind of sticky at first however, I got it done. I am in a brand new 2025 Nissan rogue with eight hole miles on it. Thank you so much Monique for your kindness your showmanship and most of all you’re over the top and amazing customer service. Great job I wish you all the best. I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new car at BMW of Dallas through the Costco purchase program. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and create a low pressure environment. When the deal was done they made sure I was fully oriented to the vehicle.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I went to do and oil change without a appointment and Kaitlyn took care of my truck, was very helpful explaining each service they offer and answering my questions, like always westway Ford will be my dealership to go too.

It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

The customer service was great and the mechanic worked on my car quickly. I was leaving Dallas in a couple days of dropping it off and they made sure it was done before I left

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

They were all very nice and the manager was awesome Josh and the gentleman that sold me the car today he was just great and I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was very kind very patient and had a good sense of humor put us at ease and made everything work in our favor and so I was so very grateful we've had a lot of bad experiences lately but this one was not one of them I am very grateful for them at drive time. And when I find out the guy's name that was my salesman today I promise you I'm going to do another review with his name.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.
