Was delightful, so much better than Ginn Chevrolet. Joe Rose was easy going and not pushy, the dealership had plenty of vehicles and they were all clean. They detailed my truck for me when I bought it!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

We sent a request to look at and drive the vehicle we selected and were contacted promptly by Fernando, a young salesman. Our whole experience with him was personable, professional and though. He is even going to contact the prior owner to secure a second key fob if possible. Our negotiations were very good. I did not feel I was being “high pressure “ or rushed to make a decision. Our requests were treated with respect and responded to likewise. I did feel that once we had settled on the final figures it took a long time to get back to the office to finalize signatures. But then there were a lot of others there as well… We were referred to Beaver Toyota by a friend and we are glad we went there. It was a good experience and I would encourage potential buyers to check them out.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I recently went to get an oil change and was informed I needed my filters changed. This was the first time I was in there for 1.5 hours. Normally the wait is 2+ hours.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

I was very pleased with the service department. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I went there a long time ago and decided to go back. I am glad that I did! I will also recommend them to others. Mr. Golden was very nice and helpful!

It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I purchase a CLK 350 from there a few years ago with 99,000 miles and today I’m still enjoying it. To me they don’t mind fixing the problem if you understand that this is a use Car lot and not all cars are perfect. At one time I went to Auction and j no ought sold cars. I understand Customer Satisfaction and they seem to do that. I took a friend there to get a vehicle she got a 2013 SUV Hyundai very clean she drove it the first day engine light came and they told her to bring back and they will look at it. Knowing this most use cars are “As Is” and they are will to work with you. She is a single mom doing Uber to survive and I believe this is the perfect car for her. Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.
