Price: Very fair. Although there was no real negotiation, I was happy given that the initial price was more than fair for what I was buying. The final cost before fees was $12,995 and after fees was $14,650. Service: I had my mechanic inspect my 2012 Ford Mustang V6 convertible, and he found it to be a high quality car. Nicky was kind enough to let us test drive it a second time at closing time, and allowed me a few days to secure financing with my credit union with only a verbal agreement and a deposit to purchase. Grade A service. Dealership setup: I recommend researching your potential car(s) and setting an appointment before visiting, because I test drove with a different salesman before closing the deal with Nicky. I even walked off the lot before coming back five minutes later to place a deposit. It may be a confusing setup to a casual walk-up impulse buyer. Overall experience: Although I am generally skeptical of non-affiliated used car dealerships, Auto Avenues did a fine job and my mechanic approved of my purchase. Hopefully the car lasts long with no major issues, but I’d be happy to return again if the car lasts.

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

I went to Automotive Avenues on the Saturday during Memorial Day Weekend 2018. The dealership was the second out of three that I had planned to visit that day. I had picked out selected GMC Acadias at different dealerships that I wanted to test drive. I wanted to look at and test drive two GMC Acadias at Automotive Avenues. I was nervous embarking upon this car buying journey since it had been 15 years since I purchased a new vehicle and that previous car buying experience was nerve racking. Plus, I was still so attached to my 2003 Chevy Suburban, but my beloved ???Bertha??? was falling apart. Hence, it was really past time to buy a new car. My Sales Consultant at Automotive Avenues was Greg Marotti. He was wonderful! I found him to be kind, straight-forward, helpful and informative. He was patient when explaining to me the inner workings of the vehicle and was not annoyed with the numerous questions I had about the vehicles I test drove. He understood that buying a car was a major purchase for me and he took his time to make me feel comfortable by giving me the time I needed to test drive both vehicles, look them over carefully and write down copious notes about the vehicles. The only reason I did not purchase a vehicle from Automotive Avenues is that I found a newer model for a great deal at the third dealership I visited that day. Buying a truck from a different dealership was a difficult decision for me because I really appreciated the ???honest??? vibes I received from Greg and would???ve liked him to have made the sale. I felt as though Greg really appreciated my business. Hands down Greg was the BEST sales professional I interacted with that day. I would definitely recommend Greg as a sales consultant at Automotive Avenues. Please request him when you go to Automotive Avenues. You won???t be sorry that you did.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

Literally...WINNING!! We proudly entered our Low Mileage Original 1988 VW Cabriolet (purchased from World VW) into a local VW/Audi Show called "Summer Sizzle" (hosted by a local VW Club - SPVWC)...AND, took honors of being placed into the Top 10 Water-cooled VWs entered!! Preowned 2010 Lincoln MKS. Came in for an oil change and a 10 PT. Check, when the service dept. came out and mentioned I should change other filters as well and explained why. Since these filters were changed isee a significant Chang in the pick-up. Much smoother. The service dept. seems to be more friendly and not pushy. I like the change & would recommend to anyone.

bought a Ford for myself in 2017 from Malouf and when my wife wanted a new car in late 2018 we first tired a Ford dealer that was closer to us (All-American Ford) then Malouf. Big Mistake. Glad I came to me senses and went back to Malouf and my salesperson Chris. All it took was about a half dozen emails over the course of 3 days and we had a great deal on a new Explorer(didn't have to go in and sit there for hours). Was in and out in a hour the day we went to pick up. Thank you for the opportunity to offer my feedback! I purchased my car at the Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River New Jersey. Quite honestly, when I set out on the morning to purchase my car I did not expect to purchase a Hyundai. I started out at the Honda dealership, went to Subaru, then Chevrolet, and finally ended up at Hyundai. The priority in my choice was centered on the best visual safety package, being I have no vision in my left eye. Initially, I was drawn to the Chevy Cruise for the previously stated reason. Also, I liked the way the Chevy Cruise felt when I was in the driver seat and the overall features of that particular car. What allowed for me to leave the Chevy dealership that morning was three-part: #1, The Sales Associate was unable to locate the car with all features I wanted. He need to "work on it." #2, After negotiating price I was not pleased with the amount I would have to pay. #3, Although I made it very clear (reentered a few times) that it was me who was purchasing the car not my husband, the Sales Associate focused a lot of his attention on the wrong customer...MY HUSBAND. Wrong move! Good ending to the story---I left the Chevrolet dealership and walked into Hyundai. There we were immediately greeted with a Sales Associate who was a good match from the get-go, Martin ("Marty") Stab. Courteous, well-versed, genuine, respectful of our time, and willing to do whatever he could to make the experience of purchasing the right car as easy and positive as possible. Oh...and yes! He respectfully spoke towards the right customer. Me! Fast forward---when we came back for the second time to go through the financing and sign off on the dotted line my son Anthony was with me. Anthony is an extremely ABLED young man with a developmental disability. From the moment of introduction Marty and he hit it off. Why? Because Marty SAW HIM rather than THROUGH HIM. Never underestimate the watchful eyes and listening ears of a parent . Especially, when so many other things may be distracting your attention! I hope what you are gathering from my overall comments is that Marty was truly the difference between my buying the car OR simply walking away. I was there for a oil change with the rebate package. It took a little long even though I had an appointment. The staff was very helpful and gave me the information on the work the car needed. Staff gets a TEN. Service just took a little long and the information tag telling me my next oil change was wrong. That's the little note on the windshield, he subtracted 3000 miles instead of adding. I still like the service and will be back.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

I traded in my Durango R/T for an Audi A6 several weeks ago. My salesman, Jeremy, was first rate. Though young, he was extremely knowledgeable, informative and super helpful/accommodating with any requests or information I needed. The kid knows his cars too, which helps immensely. There???s nothing worse than looking at cars and knowing more than the salesman- not the case with him. He was there each step of the buying process and even checked in several times after I left with my new A6. Certainly recommend him for future car buyers, especially if you don???t want the typical lip service given by the vast majority of other vehicle salesmen (this is my 14th car purchase). Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

ive Always liked the 14-16 e class body but still in love w my 09 e63. I went to look and to my surprise I found the color combo I was looking for. Keep in mind that I was maybe 3-6 months away from being ready to make such a move. Well Charles gaskin treated me like someone of value ( like a Saudi prince ) I couldn???t even give him my typical rough treatment. ( I???m usually really bad w sales men ) he answered all my questions w no xxxxxxxxx, and exceeded my expectations. The deal took a bit long ( banks fault) so he treated me to a dinner and even had soft drinks available. You???d swear I was spending over 150,000 at a German dealership but no. Not even a third of that. If you don???t stop to stare at your car when you park it you bought the wrong car, if you leave the dealership feeling unhappy or you just wish you could kick the sob down some stairs than you definitely delt with the wrong salesman. Charles is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Think I may have just made a new friend. Btw the car is incredible too.

The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.
