This is the second car I have bought from Best Auto Bargain. I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from him. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism.I really appreciated the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. I know I can come to Best Auto Bargain with any questions or concerns and can do so easily via the internet. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle we will be back.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.

He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
In the past I have leased 3 Ford vehicles from another dealership. This showroom at Kelly Ford is state of the art, very impressive. I loved the vintage vehicles on display. I went in with a friend who was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, I had no intentions of purchasing one myself, but I did the next day and couldn't be happier with the service and the whole experience I had at this dealership. Bruno Caetano was my sales person who did a great job, and made the experience stress free. I will definitely recommend Kelly Ford to friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle.
Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
We've bought over 6 vehicles from McFarland because everyone us nice, understanding, not pushy and friendly. I never feel rushed to make a decision. We will keep going back. I even recommended them to my daughter. She ended yoo trading her 2012 edge for a 2015. We both received great deals.
