Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.

I've simply outgrown it! It's a great SUV that is very comfortable! All general maintenance was done by Ford or Valvoline. This would be a great car for a college student.
Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car for my son and when I picked it Jimmy told me to send my son down to see him so he could go over the car with him and help him set up his phone.

Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.

This SUV is great. Super lumbar. Drives great. Doors are very heavy so I feel very safe. Well built. No problems. Handles well on highway.
My wife and I are rebuilding our credit which can be intimidating when making a big purchase for obvious reasons. Kevin Kincman at the Dracut MA Modern Auto location not only found be the perfect car for our situation quickly but he found me a car I absolutely love and I'll be proud to drive for a long time. I love my 2016 Escape. It's just the right size for my needs. It's has good looks and is comfortable to drive. The interior controls are within easy reach and easy to use. I love the navigation system and it is easy to use. I'm very pleased with this great SUV. I trade in my sport sedan because my old joints did not allow me to slip easily into it. My Escape allows me the ability to slide right in.
This is my 8th vehicle purchased at Tulley and they just keep raising the bar. Great staff.

This is a great vehicle. I was surprised at how roomy the interior is and the storage/passenger room available. This is the smaller 1.6 L turbo engine and it has more than enough power to drive the highway safely! Nice ride, very quiet! Love the dashboard design-looks super and has a lot of electronic stuff! Handles great, very stabile at low and highway speeds. Got lucky with this car, highly recommend it. Great gas mileage too.
It was the salesman that not only sold me my truck but sold the dealership also !!!!! Both the Sales Manager and Chris LeBlanc were helpful with this sale
2013 not a great year for this car

This car had a lot of mechanical issues, and I'm guess it's because this was the first year for this design. I would recommend getting at least a year before or after 2013 for this model, just to try and avoid these issues.

This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.

This SUV has surpassed my expectations. I love how it drives, it’s nice & smooth like a luxury car. It’s get almost 24 miles to the gallon. It’s s 4 cylinder but has the “kick” of a 6 cylinder. There’s plenty of room in it. I have the Titanium version and absolutely love the “extras” that I didn’t need but am glad I have now!!! This vehicle has far exceeded my expectations!!
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
In the past I have leased 3 Ford vehicles from another dealership. This showroom at Kelly Ford is state of the art, very impressive. I loved the vintage vehicles on display. I went in with a friend who was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, I had no intentions of purchasing one myself, but I did the next day and couldn't be happier with the service and the whole experience I had at this dealership. This vehicle is perfect for a small family. I’ve never had a major problem with mine since I bought it. Only small mainrenance problems like tail light being out. This car is really comfortable and has all the new features I was wanting. It’s perfect!
Just purchased a new CX5 and love it! I worked with Michaela Mulry and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. J C Auto Sales has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in the car industry! They were very transparent about the history of the vehicle along with any work that was done to it. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the staff was incredible to work with; they were very respectful and they went above and beyond by registering the vehicle and getting it inspected for me so I didn't have to do that on my own time which was extremely convenient. I would absolutely do business with them again and I'm going to be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can't thank them enough, I love my new car!

I liked this 2010 Escape so much that I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape on 5 December 2018. Unfortunately, the 2010 was totalled September 2017 which is why I bought another. However, I do not like the 2018 vehicle design. This 2018 reminds me of a fish without its fin. There is less rearview vision with the 2018, than with the 2010. I keep hoping Ford will become original again and get square! Otherwise, Ford Escape looks like a Toyota! And, that is not good.
