I had an excellent experience working with Tina Chen at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest! She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated her straightforward approach—she was never pushy or overly sales-focused, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Primera Auto review
Just an amazing experience at Primera Auto. Eric was super nice and got us into a car that fit us perfectly! The paperwork was simple. I felt no pressure to get into a car I didn’t want, not like another car dealership I dealt with earlier. I would definitely recommend Primera Auto to family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to look for another vehicle here in the future.

2018 Ford Escape review
Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles, other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding, kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.
