Great quality, great price, great service, great car! Cliff helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He also promptly answered all of our questions in person, over the phone, by text, and by e-mail. I really appreciated working with someone so accessible and communicative. Cliff was really knowledgeable, too. He knew the cars in and out, and kept us updated throughout the whole buying process.
We started our car shopping online, and I was impressed by Victory Ford’s reviews and ratings. We found a car we liked, and came in on a Thursday evening to take a look at it. I really appreciated that they were open until 8 pm. The vehicles are of such high quality and are priced so competitively that the car we wanted to look at was sold by the time we got to the lot! I was so impressed that Cliff knew the inventory well enough to immediately suggest two other cars that matched our desired specifications. We really liked both of the cars, and picked our favorite.
The car had to be detailed (that’s how fast the inventory moves on the lot), so we came back the next day and bought it! It was an easy and painless experience from start to finish. Funny thing was, as we were leaving, two other couples were there wanting to see the car that we had just bought, lol! Like I said, great quality...great price...these cars move fast! I hope those couples found something that they liked, just like we did!
I also have to give a shout-out to the rest of the team at Victory Ford. On our first visit, Cliff introduced us to Stony Field, the General Manager, who gave us his card and told us to feel free to contact him if we needed to. I think it says a lot when the GM is ready and willing to be accessible.
Scott, who handled the sales and financing, was probably the most efficient I’ve ever seen! I was by no means rushed; he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, but at the same time, he never wasted my time or left me twiddling my thumbs. That’s A+++ service, in my opinion.
And, it was so convenient to do the financing in-house, and the rates were more competitive than anything we had been finding on my own. It only took about an hour from the time we decided to buy until the keys were in our hands!
All-around, the facility is top-notch. It’s clean and well-lit. There were comfortable chairs and coffee and water. You take these things for granted until you go somewhere that’s sketchy, and then you realize what a difference they make — how they reflect the thought that goes into the customer’s experience. It’s obvious that Victory Ford really cares about its customers. We will definitely be coming back when we’re in the market again!
