Lokey Nissan review
Featured vehicle was exactly as described and David Fitzwater was so easy to work with. His sales manner is not "pushy or arrogant" and he treated us respectfully. Sales Mgr Bill Carey was equally great to work with.
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Ferman FordReviews
Ferman Ford review
The staff that helped us at Ferman Ford . Tom , David and Jeff proved to me that there are still people out there that not only talk the talk but walk the walk when it comes to the art and science of customer service !!! All three of these men went out of there way ,to deliver superior service !! Even at the end of the night when most would have been dragging there feet , short fused, all three of them comforted us and put our needs first !! Julie and I feel grateful , blessed and happy we chose Ferman to make our purchase . We want Tom , David , and Jeff to realize that the attitude and professionalism they all showed us Thursday night will be remembered forever . In a day in age when most people struggle to feel connection with other humans due to constant stimulus overload Julie and I felt we were the only couple on the planet at the dealership that evening . Every thing a human being dos is to change the way they feel !!! We purchase trucks and cars so we can feel safe , proud , excited . Tom , David , and Jeff are rare individuals that understand this and used there gifts to make the buying of our Ford one of the greatest experience's Julie and I have had in 26 years . Stellar service in a modern world is extremely rare but our experience proves you can still receive it if you fortunate enough to deal with individuals like Tom , David , and Jeff . Thanks again for our purchasing experience 🔥🔥

I would recognize Jorge Colon alongside Ryan Holcomb, while still giving Ryan special recognition for his leadership. A special shout-out to **Ryan Holcomb, Service Drive Manager, and Jorge Colon!** We sincerely appreciate the assistance, professionalism and care they provided during such a stressful situation. Ryan deserves particular recognition. We can certainly see why he holds the position of Service Drive Manager. His leadership, dedication and commitment to customer service truly stood out. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Jorge for his assistance and contributions throughout the process. I only wish this level of customer service extended to our dealership back home in Canada. **Whiteoak Ford Lincoln could certainly learn a thing or two from Walker Ford when it comes to customer care, professionalism and making customers feel valued.** Thank you again to Ryan, Jorge, the technicians and the entire Walker Ford team. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and you have certainly left a lasting positive impression on this Canadian family!

My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren’t working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!

I have both of my Fords serviced by Brandon Ford Quick Lane. Bought one of there new. I am pleased with the service I receive which is why I return there whenever service is needed. Besides, I believe there's nothing better than a dealer maintained vehicle. They know their cars better than the local garage. Is it convenient? Not always, but I trust Brandon Ford to do it right the first time, every time. My cars are 2011 and 2015. I haven't run into a refusal of service so I don't know what that's about. Maybe because its been routine maintenance. My Fords run great because of Brandon Ford. No one else will ever service them!

Subaru of Wesley ChapelReviews
Subaru of Wesley Chapel review
Best Car-Buying Experience in 35 Years! I recently purchased a 2026 Outback from Subaru of Wesley Chapel and traded in my 2022 Outback. I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I've had in more than 35 years. My sales representative, Todd Featherstone, made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, completely pressure-free. There were no sales tactics, no stress, no angst, and no feeling that I was being rushed into a decision. Todd took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The entire team at Subaru of Wesley Chapel created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Trading in my 2022 Outback and purchasing my new 2026 Outback was seamless and straightforward. I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman who handled all of the paperwork and financing. Too often, that part of the car-buying process can feel stressful or overwhelming, but he made it every bit as pleasant as the rest of the experience. Everything was explained clearly, the process was efficient, and there was absolutely no pressure. If you're looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes the buying process easy and enjoyable, I highly recommend Subaru of Wesley Chapel, and especially Todd Featherstone. This was, without question, the most amazing car-buying experience I've had in the last 35 years. Thank you, Todd, the finance team, and everyone at Subaru of Wesley Chapel for making the purchase of my new Outback such a positive and memorable experience!

They delivered on their promises. Fast and clear communication. Low dealer fee. Friendly sales department. What I wanted wasn’t on the lot, and they moved heaven and earth to find the trim and features I was looking for and get it on their lot.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Sarasota Ford review
I can’t say enough great things about Mike Bolton! He went above and beyond to help me get out of a truck loan with extremely negative equity and somehow got me into a brand-new truck with a surprisingly low payment. Mike worked hard, was honest, patient, and truly looked out for my best interest throughout the entire process. He made what I thought was an impossible situation feel easy. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and actually get the job done, I highly recommend Mike Bolton!

Sun Toyota review
Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Ford Spring HillReviews
Ford Spring Hill review
The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. I would return or refer anyone to Andrew without hesitation. We got a very fair deal on a very nice vehicle. Thank you Andrew and Ford Spring Hill!

We want to thank Tod Featherstone and Travis for all their hard work getting us our 2024 gmc terrain,we love it . Also all the other people that helped .
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.
