This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

General manager David Kohler is a phenomenal person to work with on the higher level at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Chapman Ford and will continue to do so. I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

Service was fast as usual and waiting area was clean and comfy as usual.

I bought my 2018 escape se with 41,000 miles. It’s was a gold certified pre owned vehicle with a 60,000 mile warranty. It’s currently sitting at 86,000 miles and has spent no time in the shop other than basic maintenance and brakes. It runs, drives, and handles beautifully and that 1.5 ecoboost has plenty of power. Highly recommend this vehicle. We absolutely love our Escape!

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

My wife and I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago, and now that it’s time for me to get a new car, I went back. We had such a positive experience the first time, that I knew that’s where I wanted to be. Brian, who helped us last time recognized me right away and even remembered my wife’s and my name! I wasn’t pressured at all and he showed me every car I wanted to look at and allowed me to drive each and every one. Such a different experience buying a car at this Hertz location than other dealerships.

It appears that too many negative/unhappy individuals have posted reviews on this car. My experience after a month has been great! Yes there is a problem with squeaking brakes at low speeds and the brake dust is excessive, ehh h speaks to cheap ones being used but just use brake cleaner and it hasn’t been an issue since for me. When it comes to the comfort, I am very satisfied! Front seat adjustment is great and I get almost zero back fatigue. The heated seats and steering wheel are fantastic and heat up very quickly. I also love the sliding rear seat and I already fit a 29 inch mountain bike inside and only had to fold down the 60 split to do it. The engine is kind of odd sounding because it’s a 3 cylinder. It’s not suede refined, but when you really get in the has it’ll break the front tires loose and does sound kind of good because it’s half a v6. The looks are conservative, but I painted my wheels black with plastidip and it transformed the car and now it looks like a baby Porsche Cayenne. Kind of sad Ford already redesigned the front but I get it that they had to make it look more SUV and less lifted Focus, which is mostly what it is because Americans hate cars I guess. But I love the benefits of an SUV, but driving dynamics (to a degree) of a car. It’s very planted and at times fun to drive. Sync 3 infotainment is a breeze to use and I LOVE using the remote start through the FordPass app for free. My car is always the right temperature when I get in. I know this generation has some problems when it came out, but so far I am loving mine and look forward to many reliable miles (hopefully) with proper upkeep and maintenance.

I want to start off by saying Robert was awesome! He listened and observed to everything we said. He was easy to work with and more than accommodating to our situation. Thank you for that! Super happy with the car he helped us pick out! I do have to admit, not all of the staff was very friendly, and we too left with under an 1/8 of a tank.

Car was purchased new in 2015. Overall I rate the car as 4 out of 5. Rear brakes need improvement such as chrome slider rails which would reduce sticking. Forward weight transfer on hard braking could be controlled better. There is one expressway exit where the upper weight transfer is a problem ( as it is with most SUV''s). The steering is precise, with no real surprises ( other than at that one poorly designed xway exit).

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

11/27 I called to arrange service for my Fusion this morning and was shocked to hear that Rod Mills is no longer a service advisor there. What a huge mistake to let Rod get away. He has been the best Ford service advisor I have worked with at Ford dealers in the east valley. I am so disappointed that he is no longer there. Now I will have to find a new advisor at possibly a different dealer. I would urge that Anthony Judge review the reason that Rod is gone and act on what he finds. If anything he should have been promoted to a management position.

have had this 2020 ford escape since buying new. i love this car and i now have 36000 miles on it.it is a hybird and the best car i have ever owned.the car gets 48 miles per gal has great safety equipment has a great ride and over three years with no down time for repairs. drive every day and would buy the same car again, ive had a lot of cars but this by far the best i have had. 2020 ford escape hybird sport.

I was pleasantly surprised when i picked up the car today. This is a Ford Escape SEL 2018. It was immaculately cleaned. Lots of trunk space, I really enjoy the leather seats. Jere law at Varsity Lincoln Ford in Novi is an incredible salesman. He made sure that everything was taken car of for me. He really took the time to make sure i was happy. This is my first time owning a SUV. I am very happy with the service and dedication.

One of the best car trading experiences Nwail was not high pressure he actually left his desk so my wife and I could talk at another dealership we went to their coffee room and came back 5 minutes later and said we would take it,they said the deal was not good because we left the desk. Another dealership needed are keys to inspect the car in the shop, it took over 2 hours to get our keys back so we could leave.

Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

As usual I received excellent service and the repair was finished in less time than had been estimated. I had to return the next day for a part and I was seen quickly and the part was installed in about 10 minutes. Didn't even have time for coffee

Purchased this used 2016 Ford Escape SE Ecoboost 4WD (108k miles) from our local Lithia Ford dealer, and I commute 64 miles a day from home to work, and so far I am very impressed. the little 1.6 liter engine has a big heart, and a fun amount of power. The seats are high quality, and the best my wife & I have encountered so far (we rent a lot of cars from Enterprise). Handles great, and feels like a bigger car. The only cons so far : High beam switch takes getting used too. From steering wheel to display touch screen, the wiper control arm is always in the way, turning on wipers. Can't wait for winter to try out 4wd :)

Tons of cars, they have practically everything. But what impressed me the most was their transparent pricing policy. There were no hidden fees or surprises during the negotiation process. I bought mine used with 17,000 miles for $17,000, and it's a 2017. I guess 17 was the lucky number lol. My Escape drives well, feels very comfortable, and is pretty good on gas (average 4 banger gas milage ) beats any 6 or 8 cylinder. I have the base model , so the engine isn't the fastest, but I'm not racing anyone ever. I never feel underpowered, or unsafe on highways. This little truck holds own in any senerio. I'm not sure why people are giving negative reviews maybe competitors trying to sell their brands🤔 . This is a good suv , and it looks great. I would buy it again, it keeps me warm and safe in Chicago winters. Cranks everytime I turn the key even in sub zero temps. I remember Chicago being the coldest place on the planet for 24 hours a couple of years ago. I worked that night I believe it was -50 or close with the wind chill. I worked that night as a nurse , my escape ran like a trooper. If a vehicle runs in Chicago winters .....it's a tank and passes my test hands down. My 2011 BMW x 3 ummmm.....failed as a winter vehicle. It costed twice as much BEFORE THE "CHIP SHORTAGE" PRICES . Need I say more ????

Nice car,bought it in July 2021 had 24000 thousand miles.I am 77 years old always wanted a small suv.i have problems with it keep saying Low tire pressure i need to know why it keep on doing that i have to keep putting air in the tires.
