We found our new car on cars.com during the July 4th sale. After talking to Terren, our salesman on the phone we had a deal in less than an hour. All we had to do was arrive at the dealer and sign paperwork. This process was fast, easy, non-pressuring and very professional. I had tried to work with a local dealer and it ended up being a nightmare. The Superior Dealership was nice/new and ultra clean. There was a large snack and drink area that was very impressive and handy for our 3 year old. We drove 8.5 hours each way and tho it was a sacrifice it was well worth it. We have the car we wanted and got a fair deal. We left Superior happy, satisfied and felt like we made new friends. We love our new Traverse! We will definitely be going back for our next car.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
I purchased a used vehicle from almost 200 miles away. Both Blake, the salesperson and Clayton, the manager who did my paperwork, were great. Blake answered all of my questions promptly and in a really straight-forward manner that made me feel very confident. He sent me pictures and every bit of information regarding the condition and history of the vehicle that I requested. They delivered the car to me and I purchased it and signed the paperwork without ever leaving home. The car itself was just as described and the follow-through has been great. This is a very good dealership

I have been considering buying a newer tow rig for my camper and Aaron Jones was very helpful in my decision. I'm not buying now but when I do it will be threw him. Your selection is great and the staff is very professional not to pushy

I absolutely love this vehicle. The 2018 handles easier than the 2016 I previously owned. I also love the white gold color. Ford has truly amazed me with their awesome updates.
I always get my oil changed at Crain. I took my car in to Crain this past week to get my oil changed when the service representative told me that a former mechanic had put my lug nuts on too tightly so they could not come off. He offered me a courtesy vehicle (which was a brand new small SUV) to drive for a couple of days while he ordered the parts and fixed my car. I did not have to pay anything extra for this, and I got my car back at the scheduled time clean and fixed. Great service as always! What I really liked is that a former employee at Crain made a mistake and the dealership owned the mistake and took care of it for me completely. That's good customer service! I'll definitely be back.

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
I was looking for a Good Used Chevy Van between 2010 2014 with low miles on line. I looked at a few and decided to look at the Van that was at Country Pride Auto Sales in Farmington. Arkansas. Very fair with trade in values, and very fair with there pricing on there stock vehicles too. Easy to work with and they shopped to get me a very low interest financing company to carry the paper. They are 110% professional. NO Pressure on any sales. They are right up front with you on any questions or concerns that you might have. They carry a good stock of used cars and trucks. You can sleep at night after dealing with them because there not going to get scammed! Thank you Marty and David, it was truly a pleasure deal with you. I will stop buy sometime and have a cup of coffee with you.

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
I wasn't looking forward to going through the "car buying experience" due to the treatment I received with the last car I purchased. Thankfully James Pierce @ Honda made purchasing my 2013 Honda CVR an excellent experience. He treated me like I was a person and not just another sale for him. He was extremely friendly, helpful and worked with me to get payments I could afford. Without a doubt when it comes time to make another purchase I'll be going to Honda of Fayetteville!

My Acura Rl is 12 years old and the treat the car and me like new. My wife and I are buying or leasing a new Acura in June. They put us in a MDX for the weekend while my RL was being repaired. Top notch service from everyone. Now the problem is which car MDX or RDX?

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
The Honda staff are always there to make my visit easy. Great people from sales men to service. A comfortable experience. Galberto Monroy has sold us 3 Honda Accords and he is so enthusiastic about every sale. He makes the whole process effortless and he does it with a genuine smile on his face and in his heart. I will buy another car from him in 2 years!

This car handles well and is quiet and comfortable. It is a great car for around town and weekend trips. The fuel economy and power are well balanced while the utility works for our needs.
I hate buying cars, but Galberto Monroy made it easy because he was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything I needed to know about my new car and helped me set up all the features. He was terrific, and the whole experience was outstanding.

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
I had been debating about trading my 2005 Chrysler 300 Limited for the longest time. I was interested in a Chevy Camaro and a Chevy Malibu. I decided on the Chevy Malibu because of the deal I got even though I didn???t have the best credit in world. It was a fun and enjoyable experience. Thank you to everybody involved in my deal.

This vehicle so far is just what I was looking for.. Not sure yet how it performs in the snow hopefully it will be great seeing I live in the country with hills and etc..
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with enthusiasm! And not only did one salesman but two of them came in and did what they could to get my payments down to what I could afford. Brett did an amazing job taking care of my.mother and i! I highly recomend talking to Brett or any salesman from Rath! They helped me out it more ways then one! As a matter of fact, the owner himself even came in and did what he could to get me in my new 2012 Audi A4 S-Line. The Car meets most of my needs and drives good it’s decently roomie I get good mileage I feel safe in my car specially because I live somewhere where we get a lot of snow overall my car is just comfortable and reliable its everything that I want in a car and more ! This suv has met all our needs and is very comfortable. Easy entry and exit. Smooth ride and has great vision. Handles well in traffic.
I wanted a good used Suburban. CarGurus narrowed the field. After a few phone calls to those dealerships, I'd zeroed in on two finalists. I test drove both starting with the one in Tulsa at a premier dealership. It was gorgeous and the price was pretty darn good. I was hooked but I owed it to myself to at least go through the motions of shopping around. The one at Steve Landers Toyota was very nice. It met all of my criteria and the price was decent but I couldn't get the first one out of my head. I hate when that happens. Although he didn't know it yet, Manny didn't stand much of a chance. All I told him and his manager was that I was considering another used Suburban and would be deciding between the two over lunch with my mom..."so what's your best offer?" Manager: $ Me: ??? Wow. Sweet! (I look at mom.) Mom: (Wide eyes.) Wow. Me to Manny: I'll call you in an hour. My text to Tulsa: Rogers said $. You? Tulsa: (crickets) Mine has been regularly serviced. [Note: I had been shown the records for the also thoroughly serviced Landers Suburban.] Me: Duly noted. But your price, it's firm? Tulsa: (crickets) Yes. It's totally super clean. Mom and me: LOL Great job, guys. You went from long odds to torching the competition. It wasn't even close.

I bought the vehicle 6 days ago. I love it and look forward to driving it! Vehicle is comfortable and reliable and comfortably fits my kids and husband at 6'8".
While traveling my engine failed on Interstate 49 in Arkansas with a short warning (spontaneous knocking). At 96,000 miles my 2014 Optima SX Turbo gave up the ghost while working over a thousand miles away from home. After calling roadside assistance through my insurance company it was towed to Crain Kia of Fayetteville. Within 24hrs, I was issued a rental car while the engine was on order. Three weeks later I returned the rental and was back in my car. After driving it a few days the check engine light illuminated and the acceleration started to lag. I informed Thomas the service manager and he explained that I had to leave it overnight for a cold start inspection. Once again I was given a loaner from the dealer while they figure out the problem. Two days later he called me to say service was complete and that the problem was the turbo waste gate needing adjustments. My car is now running like new. Thank you Thomas, Cody, Chris, and the service technicians involved for your skill and dedication! This type of service ensures Kia retains their customers. God bless!

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
I have purchased 4 New & 2 used vehicles from Everett Buick GMC and every time the buying experience gets better! No matter if your there for an oil change or purchasing a car, the staff are friendly and understand your time is valuable. They are SUPER in getting you a loaner if the wait is longer than anticipated if your servicing your vehicle. The facility is very clean and the waiting room is roomy. My children enjoy the complimentary Chick-fil-A/ donuts in the morning and the botttled water/soda available all day with the occasional cookies served. John Riggs is an exceptional Salesman and I suggest you ask for his expertise in purchasing a automobile but I'm sure all are very knowledgeable if he is unavailable if serving another customer. In my experience, you will not get a better deal anywhere else (trust me, I do my research) and you always feel appreciated at the closing of the deal as Thom (Manager) always makes sure he shakes your hand and thanks you for you're business. Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
Although I did not buy from this dealership I was extremely interested in a used vehicle they had. The sales person got back with me promptly. I could not have asked for better communication and service.
