Jazzy and Ace created a very good deal for us. Worked hard to make all aspects work for what we were looking for. I do believe that they truly want "customer for life" in making things work.

Planet Lincoln review
Quinton Woods was my salesperson at Planet Lincoln. Quinton was an excellent salesperson. He was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. I visited with Quinton over a six month period before deciding which vehicle to buy. He was always available to answer questions and did not pressure me to make quick decisions. After the sale, he still made himself available for any questions. If you are thinking about buying a Lincoln and you want an attentive salesperson, ask for Quinton.

Planet Ford 59 review
This process was actually pretty easy. They gave me a preliminary estimate on my trade in which turned out to be very accurate. I negotiated via email. I got the price I wanted. I did not finance but the paperwork took awhile longer than expected seeing the have electronic signing. Their ac was not working so it was pretty uncomfortable. My only complaint is they did not give me rear floor mats which I haven’t addressed because I just discovered it. Otherwise pretty painless. I would buy there again

Bill Fick Ford review
We purchased three vehicles from Bill Fick in the past, then the dealership changed to a different owner and went WAY DOWNHILL, so much so that we purchased our next vehicle at a dealership in another city. We stopped having our vehicle serviced in Huntsville. We are so very happy to see that Bill Fick and his staff are once again back in Huntsville, Texas. We highly recommend Bill Fick and his staff' - they have always been fair, professional and focused on customer service. WELCOME BACK!

We wanted to give a special thanks to Francisco Tirado, sales consultant. Francisco was so professional and helpful with the purchase process. He gave us a great deal on our warranty. CarMax Southwest FreewayReviews
CarMax Southwest Freeway review
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Sam helped me narrow down my choices after weeks of overthinking. I arrived with screenshots, notes, saved listings, and way too many opinions. He helped me cut through the noise and focus on what actually mattered. By the end of the afternoon I felt confident in my decision instead of confused.

While I'm a little tardy on sharing my buying experience at Mac Haik, I can tell you I'm very happy with every aspect of it. Purchased/ordered a new Ford truck over the phone, dealt with Lawrence Gallegos at Mac Haik, easy to work with. Provided me with a great deal, great customer service and made sure everything was exactly as we talked about, even making sure the delivery was accomplished very professionally which included arranging transportation. Many thanks to Mac Haik and Lawrence for making my purchase a pleasure. Highly recommend this dealership

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ.
