When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.

I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. We were leaving the Milwaukee area at 3:00AM to get to Baltimore for our daughter's wedding weekend. The weekend called for rain so last minute we tossed a large umbrella into the back of our new Ford Maverick. Unfortunately, in the dark we did not know the umbrella had rolled out and into the crevasse of the tailgate. When my husband went to close the gate, the umbrella jammed it and bent the hinge. He was able to force it closed. When we stopped in OH for a pit stop and food, we were not able to open the tailgate! We were carrying dresses, suits, shoes, decorations, etc. for the big weekend! We needed to be able to get the tailgate opened! We called a dealership in Baltimore, but their service dept was only open till 3:00 and we wouldn't be there by then. They gave me the number for Century Ford in Mt Airy. I called the service dept and spoke with Rebecca. I told her my story and when we'd be there. They were ready and waiting for us. They helped us immediately! They fixed the hinge and got the tailgate working again. The serviceman was Rich Kyle. We were back on the road within an hour, and they did not charge us anything! They said "Go and enjoy your daughter's wedding" We were in a jam, and they could not have been nicer to us!
