This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!
This vehicle has met all my needs and still looks/handles like it is brand new. This is my third Expedition and I would recommend this type of vehicle to everyone looking for a full size SUV.
I and my wife recent purchased a 1998 Mercedes-Benz SL 600 Roadster from Certified Car Center in Fairfax, VA. I have never been too fond of the car buying experience and anticipated much of the same during this experience. I expected, the car I was interested in to be a car to lure me into the showroom, to divert my attention to a more expensive car. I expected the sales person to be and pushy and sales motivated. I thought any amount I offered as a down payment would not be enough, and I would need hundreds of more dollars to make the deal go through. This is what I expected because this is the experience I have had in the past with many other car dealers. However, Certified Car Center was the opposite of any of my previous experiences. When we arrived at the lot, the car was parked in front of the office, open, running, and ready for our inspection. The sales person (Fernando) was courteous and professional. He greeted wife and me, introduced himself, showed us around the car and then he did something unexpected. He said, "The key is in the car, look it over, and take it for a drive, take your time." Then he left wife and me to take our time inspecting the car and after putting on dealer plates, we took the care for a test drive, taking our time to enjoy driving the vehicle. Upon returning, we filled out the paperwork and applied for financing and offered $1,000 as a down payment. To our amazement, all was acceptable, and we finished with the documents, and temporary registration in less than four hours, start to finish. We have brought many cars from dealers over our 32-year marriage, and all have been a terrible day long, exhausting experiences. Our experience with Certified Car Center was the only experience we truly enjoyed and would recommend them to all family and friends as the best car buying experience we had. With their focus on outstanding customer service, fast and efficient financing, and a large selection of quality cars and trucks, I will be back to them to purchase my next vehicle because I enjoyed the experience and appreciate their customer service. I have owned my Expedition for 9 years now and can say that I have enjoyed the ride. We bought it used when our kids outgrew our beloved Explorer ( 95 Explorer which we still own and adore but that is for another review ). This is my wife's car and used mostly for errands and shuttling the kids. The place where our Expedition shines is when it is towing. We have owned boats and campers and the Expedition loves doing the jobs in roomy comfort. I chose the Expedition because of the great Explorer we had before and the interior just plain looks better than the competition ( I will not name names because I am sure they are ok cars ). If you have a couple of kids and an active lifestyle look no further than the Expedition.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.

I always have a great experience when I visit Ted Britt Ford. William Berry is my service advisor/representative who has been a major joy and is helpful and attentive to my needs. When I walk in the door, he always remembers me and without looking at his computer or my service history, he always remembers what my previous issue or service was. I find this extraordinary and is the epitome of what customer service should look like. I have always been provided with a rental car when I needed service, which is essential when one has a family and a job to go to. I love how the facility is always clean including the bathrooms and there is always coffee, tea, or hot chocolate ready. I appreciate feeling like a valued customer when I come to Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax. I am on the market for a new vehicle soon, and William always encourages me to consider Ted Britt for my trade in. I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.
My wife and I have been dealing with Mitch Sulkess for at least 20 years. We have bought 10 cars from him. he is excellent at explaining why the new car is worth the expenditure. he is adept at explaining the new electronics.
This visit was perfect from start to finish, if it wasn’t for my situation I would have given this place a 5 star for buying process. My salesman was Steve Solomon and let me tell you, if you want a 5 star experience with a knowledgeable and sweet personality,than this is your guy! Friendly doesn’t even begin to describe the service. I really wanted to get myself into one of those well built and strong Nissan Muranos but I just couldn’t get myself up enough to pull the trigger. I wanted to and Steve got me where I needed to be but I just couldn’t do it tonight. I will be back though and my first thought about nissan passport will be about Steve and his excellence and commitment to customer service. Well done, looking forward to slapping the pen to the paper and picking up a photo with my new car, thanks Steve!

For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!
I had a really good experience at Koons Outlet. Mr.Jim and Mr. Rick are extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk, they did they best and helped me to choose the car. A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
I worked with Alfonso on the purchase of my car, but it was Tony the Sales Manager that made my car buying process amazing. I went in with a price in mind and he took the time to sit with me and explain why the car was priced the way it was priced and the best price possible (which was the internet price). He gave me a decent price from my trade in and allowed me to use my own lender for the loan. It was a great great experience. I love my car and it was all thanks to Tony!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. The entire experience with this dealership from start to finish was pleasant, efficient, and fair. Although we worked most closely with Sajjad, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Sajjad (as well as 2 other staff members) went above and beyond to stay late and complete the purchase. Having done our research, with several other dealerships over the past month or so, we know we received a great price upfront that didn't require haggling. The 30 day warranty was an unexpected bonus and not something we had seen for most used cars. The dealership itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, with most cars available to view indoors. Would highly recommend purchasing a car with Sajjad and his team at this location.

best car i have owned. the performance is great and it is very quiet. i am surprised with the many features ane options the vehicle gas.
The ford expedition is roomy and luxurious. The middle and back seats have the same amount of leg room, which is good for everyone. Happy with my purchase
