I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

Our Sales rep Terryn was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the whole car buying experience was an excellent one. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports.
