James in Service for warranty repair

James was very helpful from beginning to end for the service I needed on my 2013 F150. It was a warranty repair, which I???m sure doesn???t provide revenue to the dealership, but clearly providing great service leads to those revenue producing relationships. I???ve purchased new from Ford in 2006, 2010, and 2013 and plan to again in the next year or two. Thank you, James, for further concreting my expected future decisions to continue to be Ford.
