I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff at the Golden Valley location left me speechless. This is my second car that I bought from Rudy Luther Golden Valley and the customer service is beyond amazing. I take my car there for oil change and any other maintenance that I need done and I always leave the shop/store feeling complete but On Friday, April 24 was different. I contacted the shop that morning in regards to my cars under trey dragging when I was driving my car that I discovered day before. I explained this to Cameron A (2115) an advisor of Rudy Luther Toyota. I explained why I was calling and also explained what I found out (this can happen when getting an oil change- which I had just had done) before I called. Cameron listened to me, and was empathetic about the situation. He asked me if he could call me back in 15 min because he needed to consult with his manager, Mia. I told him “ok” & waited for him to call me back. Ten minutes later Cameron called me back and said “bring your car in and we will re-attach the under trey”, I responded “really? Wow thank you.” And then I thought, I can’t drive it because the under trey will drag and I don’t want it to be ruined. I asked Cameron that question, he told me that someone can come over to my place right now & zip tie the trey enough for me to drive my car over to the shop which I was ok with. Fast forward- I drive my car over to the shop and am met by an employee by the name of Tra who helped check my car in. I was asked if I was going to wait while my car gets worked on or do I need to get home. I said “yes, I needed to get home” & asked “how much does it cost to rent a car while the car is worked on?” & Cameron said “don’t worry- there isn’t a charge”, so I said “I’ll take the rental car”. An hour later I receive a text with a video from the mechanic working on my car and he showed me in the video where exactly the oil comes out for when I had my oil change and the under tray doesn’t need to be removed. My original thought that the oil change I just had done by RL Toyota is why this happened couldn’t be the case. I have know idea how it happened, but I do know is Cameron took care of me yesterday. I am so grateful for him and his kindness. Cameron-Thank you from the bottom (& the top too) of my heart for your help with my car yesterday. Words can not describe how thankful I am.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Absolutely best car/truck experience EVER!! No better warranty anywhere! I have to say, I wasn't entirely on board to get a new Ford F-150 truck. My husband and I had different thoughts on cab, size box and extras. We shared our thoughts with our salesman, John Harris. He was incredibly helpful and so honest as to what makes most sense for us to order. He apprised us of rebates, etc and best way to go. John was totally invested in us getting what would be best.. He really knows his products and took time for all our questions. When our new truck arrived there was a little scratch in rear bumper. Hayford Ford made sure we were happy with taking care of it. The 7 year 100,00 mile warranty was beyond anything we found at other dealerships we checked out. Their maintenance department quality and efficiency is also beyond expectations! We are so pleased with every detail of our 2018 Ford F 150. Super comfortable ride! We HIGHLY recommend Hayford, and salesman John Harris!

2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.
