I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. Joe in finance breezed through the paperwork and did not pressure to buy any warranties. Overall a good auto dealer experience.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I stopped in for a test drive the other day and was truly pleased with my experience. It was very easy to find and get to, Sharon was extremely nice and helpful, the showroom was beautiful, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle but it had nothing to do with the dealership.

About two weeks, I was in need of another used pre-owned vehicle. I like Fords. So I stopped in at Ford of Homewood on a Saturday. I was met by a very nice and knowledgeable sales representative named Juan. I discussed my needs, wants,and financial limits with him. After looking at several vehicles, we found a vehicle that met my needs and price. Paperwork was drawn up down payment made and that evening I was the new owner of a great 2015 Ford Escape. Plat tire on pickup. Towed to Ford. Purrchased 2 tires amd had them put on vehicle. Prrompt service and price not bad at all as got 2 tire and mounted.
