2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Drove 2 hours from NC to purchase a car I’ve been lusting after for several years and could finally get a hold of. Everyone dreads car dealerships for all the shenanigans they pull. Hannah was a delight to deal with. Overall I give her an “A”. It would be an “A plus” but she let it slip after the deal was done that it was a prior Enterprise rental car. I likely wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known that. Deal was done and hopefully it’ll be a good vehicle. The finance guy was efficient and knew what he was doing. Start to finish, 2.5 hours driving off the lot. You have to remember when dealing with a car dealer, ask me no questions, tell me no lies. I did a ton of research beforehand, had my own financing and had a good idea where the final price was going to fall. So no surprises. I didn’t get the deal of the century but think I got a fair deal in the end compared to comparable priced vehicles with mileage. Overall I’d give the whole experience an “A” and would buy another vehicle from them. I advise everyone to do a lot of homework before and keep expectations within reasonable limits, you know how they operate go into the deal.

I absolutely love the Prius that I bought. The process was smooth until I got to the finance. Unfortunately, he tries to pressure you to buy all of the different add-ons. If I could’ve just signed the papers, I would’ve been out of there 30 to 35 minutes sooner. It’s unfortunate, I’ve never felt pressured by any Finance person until this one. The dealership is wonderful, my representative. Make sure everything was ready to go. I had a complete full tank of gas. The car was detailed. Just fix the stressful finance step and you’d get five stars
