My sales consultant John Downey, did everything to ensure that the trade-in and sale went through without a hitch and without any sales pressure whatsoever. He explained all the details of the sale and answered all questions I had about the vehicle. The finance manager Elijah worked diligently to find me the best financing deal possible -- and it came with a great interest rate! When it came to signing the many documents, he went over each thoroughly and again, answered any questions I had clearly and quickly. Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.
