We will cross paths again. I’ve got your number and email address. Amazingly, our sales experience started when Andrew Mastari connect it with my wife and I in the back area of the Ford dealer. He asked us if he could help us and we said sure we’re looking for a Ford transit van and he says well may I show you what he said, of course, and he jumped into our vehicle and he drove us over to the neighboring lot and we looked into the transit and even took a test drive. He was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. His sales manager, Ryan, Chase, a fellow salesman and Patricia Maldonado in Finance helped round out our transaction in Finance. Each of these team members worked tirelessly to ensure our process was seamless and completely free of errors. It took a lot of extra effort with my special situation, but they did it well and I am so proud of these guys and representing Ford and Autonation USA. I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.
