We found a car for our daughter on-line and drove in to look. The price was fair, the condition of the used car was better than I expected. Nathan and Auston were great to work with. And, the only thing noteworthy, and not unique to this dealership, but at all dealerships, is the amount of time it takes to go through the process to drive way...hours...and this was essentially a cash deal (we bought an extended warranty which was financed along with ttl). Likely we will be an AutoNation customer because it was a no pressure experience.

Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.
