From test driving to finishing the actual purchase process only took a couple of hours and was very efficient. My husband and I actually purchased a used vehicle, and can honestly say the prices were quite a bit more reasonable at this dealership. The selection of quality used vehicles was impressive also. Purchased used vehicle that smelled strongly of stale cigarettes. Salesman addressed this issue. Smell dissipated. Vehicle also did not have owner's manual. Still waiting to get one. Vehicle drives nicely.

Me & My dad originally stopped in on 2/16 to return to his 2025 Maverick loaner & discuss maybe getting it. We didn't end up getting that however Kristy was so sweet and helpful with getting us into a still bigger 2022 Ford Escape, she was helpful discussing information about the car & keeping professionalism while also being great at small talk.
