2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Bommarito Honda Superstore review
I bought a pre owned Honda from Neil Smith. He is a wonderful salesman. He paid attention to detail and stayed within my budget and worked with me until we were able to come to an agreement. He answered all my questions and at the end of the deal I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He is a great asset to Bommarito Honda and if anyone is looking to buy a car please ask for Neil Smith you will not be disappointed!!!!
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Lou Fusz Buick GMC review

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I purchased a used car recently. The car needed some repair and a little cosmetic work. This was finished on time and professionally done. I was never pressured at this dealership by the sales person or the finance person. I received more than a fair trade-in value.

Honest dealer with no games. Trade in value over the phone and agreed advertised price was good. Drove over 6 hours to complete the buying process. Saved $3000 on trade value compared to my local dealer who I have purchased a truck twice from and over $8500 on new truck price. Less then 2 hours to complete everything. Thanks

Sunset Ford of Waterloo review
I was attempting to purchase a clean looking Chevy Colorado and worked with Kyle Brewer. I am out of state so Kyle worked hard to show videos, answer questions and do an iphone facetime walkaround of the vehicle with me. I never did get a chance to make an offer. The following day when I called the dealership Kyle was away but I spoke with Julian Henson and he informed me that they could not sell the vehicle due to an improper and unsafe lift kit installation that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Their honesty saved me time off work and flight costs. Had that been a dealership in MY area I would have had an unsafe vehicle pushed on me. I never once felt pressure to purchase and felt treated fairly and honestly throughout the process. I even received a call from the manager afterwards to follow up with me. Would be more than happy to do business with them in the future.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Land Rover St. LouisReviews
Land Rover St. Louis review
An Extraordinary Service Experience, Worth the Drive from Illinois From the moment I pulled in, I knew this place was different. Before I could even shut off my SUV, a smiling gentleman welcomed me and waved me in, and I had to restart my vehicle just to keep pace with their promptness! The facility was impeccably clean, and every team member greeted me with a genuine smile that sparkled in their eyes. I was helped immediately and escorted to a comfortable, full-service lounge while my vehicle was taken in for service. As a home health nurse, my car is my livelihood, and arriving with multiple warning lights on the dash is stressful. As a woman, it can also feel intimidating to deal with transportation troubles while responsible for patients' care. The kindness I received here put me completely at ease. In the lounge, everyone who passed by greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I felt truly looked after. I soon received a video showing exactly what was happening with my car, and the service manager walked me through the text app so I always knew where things stood. Best of all, the issue could be fixed during my visit, so there were no return trips to schedule. For a home health nurse, downtime means lost wages, so that efficiency meant the world to me. Before long, my vehicle came back washed, cleaned, and fixed, and for far less than I had expected with that many warning lights. I was back on the road in time to complete a full day of work. I made the drive from Illinois to make sure the right people took care of me, and I found my forever home for future car purchases and all of my maintenance. Thank you for making me feel comfortable when I was feeling as low as possible. No wonder everyone there is smiling! Genuine kindness, fair prices, a spotless facility, and an incredibly sincere staff. A special thank you to Ryan Doverspike, and kudos to the owners for assembling such high-quality products and people.

I received a welcome greeting on arrival and was taken care of immediately. Brian Brody, the sales specialist, warmly welcomed me and pointed me in the right direction regarding my preferences for a car. He offered other car options to consider. I ended up purchasing one of the other car options. In the end, I was grateful that he pushed me to see everything. The wrap up process was professional and friendly, dealing with the sales manager and finance manager. All in All, I love my new 2026 GMC Terrain
2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.
