We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

I have wanted a Mustang since I was a little kid, my dream car. Rene did an outstanding job throughout the car buying process. He was friendly, patient and thorough with his information on the car. The entire expierence was great from him, to Aaron on the floor, the finance guy all the way to the manager. Very easy process and they made the numbers work for me. Great job guys!

Been shopping around looking for a refinance type deal on my current vehicle, after getting the long drawn out number game too many times, I landed at HB ford with Rene. No bs, no gimmicks, this guy knows his stuff and helped me to find the best deal for my car without the shopping list of clever car mannerisms I'll never understand. Renee was an outstanding salesman. He was very professional throughout the transaction and was aboe to answer all of our questions. Alex was helpful as well. He came to our table several times to make sure we understood everything. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will continue to get out vehicles with Huntington Beach Ford.
I liked that I was able to get my vehicle serviced without an appointment considering it was a major service performed. Dealer offered a vehicle service menu from which different types of bundled services at set prices can be selected. Pricing was very competitive and did not find the same offer at other dealers.
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
