Erik was polite and extremely professional. He had everything set up and done for me before I even got to the dealership. Courtney was also a pleasure to deal with while signing all the paperwork. My wife and I will be recommending friends to your dealership!

2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! This was the first time in over 50 years of buying a car that I had to order a car and wait almost 3 months for it, but it was so worth the wait ! My salesman, Jim Flynn, made the process so easy, from ordering the car, to the day of delivery. Thrilled with the color I picked out (Area 51) and so glad I went with the black top -- it really makes a difference in the way the car looks. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

Keith at Village Ford in Dearborn was absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who is this professional, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Keith at Village Ford Dearborn. Truly a top-notch experience.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

First class dealership. No pressure buying. Great service department that doesn?t try to oversell the need for services, but still does a fantastic job.!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

Crest LincolnReviews
Crest Lincoln review
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Crest Lincoln, and I can honestly say that Jordan completely won my business back. In the past, I had very poor experiences with Crest Lincoln’s service department in both 2016 and 2019, bad enough that I refused to return to the dealership for years. Because of that history, I was hesitant to even consider them again. Jordan changed that entirely. From the very beginning, Jordan treated me like an elite customer, despite the fact that I was purchasing a used vehicle. He was professional, respectful, transparent, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, or dismissiveness, just excellent customer service and clear communication. Jordan restored my confidence in Crest Lincoln. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the experience smooth and seamless. His level of service was, and still IS, exceptional and has far exceeded my expectations, especially given my prior experiences with the dealership. If you’re considering Crest Lincoln—especially if you’ve had reservations in the past—I highly recommend working with Jordan. I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Best car dealership around! Everyone is so nice. Mike really looks out for his customers to ensure we’re happy and getting the best deal possible. Being a first time car buyer I was really overwhelmed with the whole thing. He was super patient and explained everything to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. They’re simply the best!!

Second Kia Sportage purchased here. Great dealership! Ralph & Mindy were awesome!! Explained everything. No pressure. I definitely recommend!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Fantastic staff and relaxing waiting area. The prices are reasonable for going to a dealership, but the employees really make the experience. No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.

I has a Great buying experience at Porcaro Ford! I was looking for a newer mid-sized SUV and the salesman at Porcaro listened to my needs, showed me what they had and offered to search for a vehicle if needed. Luckily the 2019 Ford Edge ST on the lot was a perfect match. Very pleased with the whole experience.
