The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I am 73 years old and a widow. I bought my first car at Stivers after my husbands died from cancer. I live just down the street and it is very convenient for me. I love that convenience but what I love even more is that I feel so comfortable bringing my car there. I know nothing about a car and I have said to them....I think I need ____ and they check things out and say "You are not needing that right now" They are HONEST with me and I as an older person love that I can trust their judgment for me and my car. I always go in and visit with the salesman when I am getting my car worked on. I mentioned that Matt wasn't in and was told he was attending the Golf Classic that was in town. I mentioned how much my brother and his wife enjoy golf and Kyle gave me two VIP passes for them to go that day to the tournament, and they loved it. I in turn took over Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love the relationship I have with the people that work at my Stivers. The other day I stopped because my Navigation wasn't working and it said something about a card....one of the guys came right out and check and the card had popped out he showed what to do if that happens again. Service with a smile and so much more. I wouldn't shop anywhere else....

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
The Quick Lane identified a problem with my vehicle that they were not prepared to handle in a timely fashion, so they referred me to the Service Department, who was able to address the issue that even and get my vehicle back to me the next day. I appreciate the flexibility in getting my vehicles serviced during your late hours. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that my vehicle needs additional work that was not identified.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
My Infiniti QX80 was serviced at Willis Infiniti. It was another outstanding example of customer service. Thank you.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
Excellent selection of quality used vehicles. Priced very fairly, but low-balled big time when wanting to sell them my current vehicle to the tune of nearly 20% below KBB trade-in value.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!

We love our car so far. Great room for me, my wife and kids. Plenty of room to hold all of our sports stuff as well. Great handling and the gas mileage is real good for the size vehicle.
I traded my current vehicle for a new Ram 1500. This is the third vehicle I have bought here. I have tried other dealers and have walked out more than once after getting frustrated with the games they play. Granger has always given me a great offer the first time and I never felt taken advantage when doing a deal. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. Love the new Ram!
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
Have been looking on line for quite sometime for a new truck. Found one at Granger's website that I hoped would have what I wanted. Went and looked at it and took for a test drive and decided it was the one I wanted. After that John took care to get us lined up for financing and it was smooth sailing from there. Took home that night

this car has grown on me over the years, and the handling has improved greatly, and now some way, I will own one for my family and myself!
My son bought a 154k mile Explorer. Engine light came on the next day. Took it in and they had it repaired at their cost. After the sale service was 100% over the top of what I expected.

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
Got great, quick service. The representative took the time to look up my record and found a free oil change was available -- not many places would do that.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
The only thing that I would change is we were there for quite awhile, part of it was not the dealership's fault though.

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
