Serra Ford Rochester HillsReviews
Serra Ford Rochester Hills review
I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

We were looking for used CNG trucks. We found this dealer when we googled CNG trucks. We were very impressed with the customer service. We always run VIN reports before looking at vehicles. When we asked the dealer about the history of the vehicles they revealed exactly what we had read on the reports. We appreciated the honesty.

Discount Auto review
I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

The car buying experience was so easy, drove 4 hours to get look at the car. Worked with Homar and Myles with the car which they were upfront and honest about everything. Then worked with Jack on financing and took 3 hours from looking at car to driving home. Best experience I have had buying from a dealership. Would highly recommend.

David Brown in the service department was fantastic! My family has purchased 7 cars from Sunrise Ford. Apple Auto Sale of Dallas review
My experience at Apple Auto Sale was great! I had expected it to be a hassle, like previous car buying experiences. This was the opposite. So stress-free and easy. The owner was straightforward, gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot Sport. It has been a fantastic car! I highly recommend checking out this business first for your next auto purchase!

The team at the dealership was courteous and professional. They made the process easy. They explained everything along the way and made me feel taken care of. They went above and beyond, from working with me on my payment, to arranging delivery for the vehicle because I could not pick it up. I was very happy with the experience!

Only mechanical thing I will complain about is the lead frame. But other than that best body style and year of f150s in the 21st century. I'm elated with it and the performance. Comfort, power and style this truck has it all. I have a platinum in white and love it.

I am writing to share a recommendation for a a service that helped me improve my financial standing and navigate my credit situation. I recently worked with Crypt Ghouls to review my credit profile and develop a plan to address issues and improve my credit score. Their guidance was very helpful, particularly if you are currently preparing for a major financial milestone like applying for a mortgage or auto loan. They also provide services related to recovering lost cryptocurrency as well as use their distinctive hacking techniques to remove hard inquiries and negative items off one’s bad credit Given the positive results I experienced, I want to pass along their information in case you require similar services. You can reach them directly at [email protected]. They also offer a refund policy for their services. If you decide to reach out to them, feel free to mention my name as a referral. Best regards. I purchased a Ford Fusion from Chevyford Motorplex. Days later, I had some issues that were not under warranty. The owners were under no obligation to try and help me. But they did. The problem was difficult to diagnose, but they continued to work until the problem was solved. The owners are knowledgeable, generous, polite, and helpful after the sale. They will definitely get my business next time I'm in need of a used car.

2014 Ford F-150 review
Just turned 300k on my 2014 eco boost.. great truck very little issues .. kept up on oil changes.. maintenance etc.. bad things are I had to replace coil packs, and brake booster 4x. Moving this to my backup vehicle as I just bought a clean 2014 f150 with the 5.0 engine and 150k.. gonna see if I can run that up to 300k too

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North PhoenixReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix review
I started looking at the new jeep Cherokee hybrid a few months ago and had stopped and talked to Remil and test drove one. My wife and I were not in any hurry to purchase as our existing Cherokee was fine. But Remil would always would send me a reminder email on purchasing. Finally we decided to take the time and look. The dealership gave us a good trade in on our existing Cherokee. After the purchase we discovered that the Cherokee limited did not have some of the same safety features as our existing, mainly front parking sensors. In the end we ended up with the next level Overland which had all of the safety features. Fernando worked with us on the sale as well as Remil. They both worked to get us a vehicle with the right options. The Cherokee is my wife's daily driver and she is very happy with it. Thank you. Bob Wendt
