Brought my 2015 Fusion in for a couple of recall issues, which were successfully resolved. However, the low tire pressure notification light was lit and yet that issue was not addressed by cheicking/inflating the tires. The light is very big and cannot be missed (and they also commented on tread depth). Disappointed as I see this as a safety issue as well as an item that sould be addressed regardless.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
Took my Ford F 150 in for work on a couple of recalls and for a grinding noise in the front driver???s side hub. Everything up to this point has been great, recalls were taken care of by the afternoon. Didn???t get the grinding in the IWE taken care of yet as they needed to order parts. I am waiting for the call on the arrival of the parts to get that issue resolved. I worked with Don in the service department and he was great, professional, and easy to work with. so far great experience.
Juan was very down to earth and easy going, which is hard to come by at car dealerships. We test drove our new Ford Edge with the whole family car seats and all. Juan was very accommodating when I had to leave and come back with a different trade in vehicle. Overall was one of the least pressured experiences I have had at a dealership. They also don't have the one price thing so we were able to get the vehicle for less than advertised.
What an amazing experience! Toby was fantastic from the start of my process until my departure. I was looking at new Raptors when he pointed out that he had used Raptors as well. I found one with very low mileage and well below the market price average. I love the Raptor and Toby was absolutely the best salesman I???ve had in 35+ years of buying cars. Not sure I could say enough about the cleanliness of the dealership as well. The finance options were plentiful and I truly had the best buying experience of my life. After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Jake was fantastic! Excellent communication. He did what he said he would do, which is rare these days. The entire team was great, but if you’re going to buy a Jeep make sure you ask for Jake in sales!
