My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Blair (sales) and Quienten "Q" Clark (finance) two weeks ago on a new Ford Edge ST purchase. I had looked any many different makes and models and really liked the 2018 Ford Edge Sport that I originally drove at a dealer in Longmont. Short version is I got the high pressure sales tactics (I've been in sales for 20 years so that was NOT going to work on me). So next day I called Interstate Ford and was connected with Dennis. I explained what I was looking for and was ok waiting for 3 months for the new ST model. Went down and talked to him F2F and knew I was going to buy from him. Dennis has been doing this a long time and was easy to work with, answered my questions, and actually asked about my background. Dennis introduced me to Q so I had a chance to speak with him, learn about their extended warranty options, and even had them look at my current vehicle and get a $ number for trade in value. All of this was several months before I made the purchase. Three months later the car I ordered showed up and I bought it. I had already met the team and was quite comfortable with the process. Most of the paperwork was already done so I only spent about 90 minutes there from start to finish. I highly recommend Dennis, Q and the rest of the team at Interstate Ford.

We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

Brought my 2015 Fusion in for a couple of recall issues, which were successfully resolved. However, the low tire pressure notification light was lit and yet that issue was not addressed by cheicking/inflating the tires. The light is very big and cannot be missed (and they also commented on tread depth). Disappointed as I see this as a safety issue as well as an item that sould be addressed regardless.
Can???t say enough about Mandy Archer! She listens to her customer???s wants and needs, she is knowledgeable about her product, and is so professional and personable. She made it so easy! We drove from Grand Junction, CO to work with Mandy on our new vehicle purchase, totally worth it!
