2018 Ford F-150 review
I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Jonathan was very genuine, helpful and trustworthy. Not too many sales at other dealerships are like him. He answered our questions, replied to our messages timely, and is just a very pleasant salesperson to work with. He is an asset to this dealership. My son was very happy to purchase his first car from this dealership.

I had an exceptional experience shopping for a car with Cherie and Kamila. I inquired about the car and received a prompt follow up from Kamila. Cherie helped me as soon as I stepped in the dealership, she was kind and welcoming and answered any question I had regarding my purchase. I didn't have many but they were able to get me the best price available on the car I purchased as well. I picked it up today and everything was really quick. If you're looking for a new or used car definitely check out their inventory. They're great at making sure the customer is taken care of, would 100% recommend Cherie. Also shout out to Lucia who made sure the price I saw was the price I paid. All in all, terrific experience especially coming from NY to NJ for the purchase.

D & P Auto SalesReviews
D & P Auto Sales review
I’ve bought two cars from D&P Auto, and when I need another one, I’ll definitely go back. Before finding D&P, I found car shopping really stressful. Used cars can feel overwhelming with all the different mileage, history, condition, pricing, and versions out there, and I never felt confident that I knew if I was making the right decision. D&P was recommended to me because of their excellent reputation in the community, and they completely lived up to it. Phil, Nick, and Terry were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot to me. They clearly take pride in the cars they sell and go above and beyond in getting them ready for their customers. Their warranty also gave me extra peace of mind. Roberta was very helpful with financing options and made that part of the process much easier too. What I like most is that I can tell them my budget and what I need, and trust them to help me find the right fit. I’m not a person who wants to compare every detail of every car — I just want the best quality for my money — and that’s exactly why I keep going back. Family-owned, trustworthy, and professional. Highly recommend.
2018 Ford F-150 review
Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

2018 Ford F-150 review
STX 4X4 crew cab 2.7 eco. Bought new in Sept 2018. Overall, this truck has been very reliable, albeit a few issues. I’ll list them.. 1st thing was the transmission would slam from 3rd to 4th or 5th gear. Was fixed under warranty with a software re-flash. Then the rear brakes at 30K miles. I ended up doing a brake upgrade all around. It was a huge improvement in performance.. hope they last longer. Then the wiper switch followed by the ACIM for the sync system. That’s it in 6 years. All Maintenance has been kept up with and I've had zero engine issues. I’m at 66000 miles. Comfort on long trips is great and the truck continues to track straight with ease. I replaced the worn tires at 62000 miles with larger Nitto Ridge grapplers which have definitely decreased mpg and acceleration performance but look and perform amazingly in snow. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying another.
