2019 Ford F-150 review
This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I want to give a shoutout to Kevin, a service advisor who completely turned my experience around. I'd initially been working with another advisor, Bobby, whose attitude left a lot to be desired, but Kevin stepped in and made everything better. I hate going to get my car service, because I always feel like they’re trying to rip me off. However, Kevin was nothing like that! He took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my vehicle, was genuinely engaging to talk to, and made sure I understood what was covered under warranty every step of the way. It's rare to get that level of clarity and communication from a service advisor. If you're bringing your car in, ask for Kevin specifically. I know I will be!
2019 Ford F-150 review
I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

We arrived Feb 4th. to look at the 2025 Tahoe, High Country. We agreed on price and we drove it home. Love Mike Rose's attention to detail, southern charm, very nice, going above and beyond to help us. He was patient teaching us the new buttons and devices on the High Country Tahoe. We will purchase another new vehicle from him next week. People are important! Mike listened and treated us with respect and Southern Hospitality when we were looking for a vehicle.

Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class.
