Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

I can't say enough here. First of all, Jordan Good should change his name to Jordan Great. Not to diminish anyone else who I saw, spoke to, or dealt with there, but Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure he would say the same about me, though. I've been doing my homework and had many questions. All of them were answered quickly, clearly, and honestly. Today was my 6th visit to a dealership since Thanksgiving, and will likely be the last visit for me for quite some time, since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for(actually more than I was looking for). I love the no-haggle approach. I also never felt any pressure, which I assume is because these guys know that they are going to sell the vehicles on their lot, so they don't have to be abrasive about it. I drove a little under 3 hours to buy a truck from these guys and it was worth every second. I guess the best way I can describe how I feel about Mark Martin Motors is that I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from these guys without even taking it for a test drive. I figured I had 150 or so miles to test it out on the way home. It passed the test folks!!!!!

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

We had a wonderful experience with Jordan @ Mark Martin. As an out of state buyer I was bit apprehensive but Jordan worked with us at every level and was very helpful in answering questions as well as timely communication back and forth. I bought a new Ford F-150, back in December, 2021. It handles, and performs, flawlessly! It’s the Supercab, 4X4, 2.7 V6, model! It averages 22 mpg. Good buy!

Fantastic Truck. I’m getting 23 miles per gallon in every day driving and the power of the 3.5 liter Powerboost engine is quite impressive. The comfort and versatility are exceptional. We use it off road going to our Cabin in West Virginia and that cannot be reached by 2 wheel drive vehicles. I am very happy with this great truck. This is my 4th Ford truck and by far the best.

Drove all the way from Virginia to Twin Pine Ford because they had an excellent variety of used trucks. My salesman Cole was very easy to deal with. I was able to look at all the trucks on the lot (on my own) I was able to test drive any vehicle I wanted to (on my own) All my questions were answered, and I never felt pressured into a sale. When I did decide on a vehicle the process was easy and quick. I have to commend Tall Pine Ford and Cole in particular for an excellent experience. So far, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I drove all the way from Charlotte, NC to buy a beautiful Alpine White BMW 328d touring M-Sport. These guys already had the car on ready for my test drive when I got there. It was missing the floor mats and I was ok with it but they offered to ship me some new OEM rubber ones! I work with dealerships for a living, these guys have hands down some of the best customer service I’ve seen. They also worked with my local FCU even though they’re not in PA. Thanks guys!

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

After searching for months for a really nice late model, low mileage Honda Element, I saw one online that Thornton Automotive had just gotten in and listed. I messaged JC Medina on face book on a Sunday, his day off, he answered me within minutes, and I drove it off the lot on Monday. JC is on the job, even when he's not there. Once into the dealership we were treated so well and were out the door in a little over an hour after our test drive with a great deal on the vehicle. I highly recommend Thornton and especially JC Medina as your sales rep. He's a great guy!

We had a bad experience at a local dealership last time my wife and I purchased a vehicle. This time my wife and I decided to travel about 2.5 hours outside of our area to purchase a new vehicle. Caleb and everyone else we interacted with at Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were pleasant to work with. I would definitely consider making the trip again for our next purchase.
