Papa is a disabled Veteran in the Clyde Lassen Nursing Home, however, the grandchildren have named his truck "Forest" and we want it to "keep on running". My son diagnosed it is a intake manifold or a thermostat sticking with the steam appearance and the "check gauges" caution light. Rather than having him work another project into his schedule, Palm Coast Ford Service had "Forest" on the road again in less than a week. Everyone is happy and I am able to drive "my man's" truck with the grandchildren safely to Scouts, horseback riding, the beach and even church. They love riding in "Forest" and the children at the bus stop sit on the tailgate waiting for the bus. Forest is abused, but loved and has low miles so I can save the 2018 Ford Escape for the trips to St. Augustine nearly daily. Thank you for your caring attitude. I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.

Charlie Mchale and Bill Lupoli helped me get the car of my dreams, a 2019 veloster turbo and got my payments were I needed them. Also the man who did all my paperwork was amazing, I was in and out within 20 mins. This is my 2nd veloster that I bought here and I will be returning the next time I get a new car. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. I totally recommend buying a car from here. Im very happy :)
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Overall the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I have probably purchased 7 to 8 new vehicles in the past 25 yrs. and this was fantastic. Steven Gill our salesman went above and beyond our expectations. If you go to this dealership ask for Steven and you will not be disappointed. Friendly, courteous and just an all around nice guy. No pressure, sincerely happy to be there(enjoys his job) and 110% responsive to your needs. Jeff Stair his manger and Juan in financing were also great to deal with during the purchasing process. Used to buy Dodge only, Ford in our future thanks to this great team you have assembled at your dealership.
I made an appointment for a recall repair for 7:30 am. I was met as soon as I arrived and worked with Gary Lynn who was efficient in getting me registered and out the door. I was thrilled at how quickly my car was finished! Thank you to everyone who helped me!
In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!
We purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The entire experience was outstanding. From sales, to finance, to service, the staff was professional and responsive to all of our needs. The organization is a first class operation. Well done by all.
The facilities were really nice. Staff was friendly and funny! My service advisor Michael Taylor was extremely helpful and made the process of my repair so easy. My only recommendation would be for the website to not allow customers to make appointments on days that the shop isn’t open. I will be going back soon for a detail. Safe to say I found a service home for my new Honda Civic.

Armen was the best sales guy , didn’t try to talk me in to buying something I didn’t want. He made buying my new Jeep a quick easy process. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy their brand. Went to five other lots and this place was by far the best.
