I appreciate when people work hard, they do over there at Frontier. They got on my request and called back! I was looking for a car, and it was funny how often you don't get calls back like you'd expect. These guys really do want to earn their business. I also feel I got a good deal on my Expedition. Nice car, good price, good people. Nice experience.
We had a TERRIBLE time at other dealerships on the only weekend my wife was able to go with me to purchase a new vehicle. One dealership that was 1hr + away from our home said they had the vehicle we wanted, "on hold" for us. Come to find out, only AFTER we arrived at the dealer, the car had been moved to another dealer the evening before. No call, no letting us know... so we drove that far for nothing. After keeping us there for 5 hours telling us they'e be able to get us a nicer vehicle, down to what we wanted to spend per month, we finally left (they couldn't come close to our preferred monthly payment event though they kept saying they'd be able to). Fast forward; I called Brant at Lebanon Ford and he was awesome. We got there an hour before close on a Friday - and within an hour, he had done as much work for us as the other dealership had done in five hours. Brant worked to get the car we had found and wanted, transported to Lebanon Ford (closer to us), and by Saturday afternoon we were happy "new" car owners! Brant and the rest of the team we dealt with, worked quickly and worked very hard to get us in and out in an amazingly short amount of time, while also making sure we were well taken care of! I can't say enough good things about Brant and his team. They were very busy the weekend we went, yet we didn't wait long and we felt comfortable and assured the whole time that we were being well taken care of. Thanks guys!
Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up.. I am shopping for another vehicle for my son and our start and most likely finish will be with GTX.. GTX has made me one happy owner of my Acura, and no financing, because they made it possible for me to pay cash.. Thank you Greg very being so helpful and making this happen for me and Serenity..
I lease and was in on 11/29 to see my options on getting into another vehicle. My previous lease was a 2016 Ford Escape and I ended up getting a 2018 Ford Escape. The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car.
They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used automobile or simply just get their car serviced here!
Easiest buying process ever. I’ve purchased about 30 cars over the years this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had bar none. No car dealer BS - no 4 square crap none of that back and forth trying to extract every nickel it was just really professional.
I saw a car online I was interested so I gave them a call and spoke to Shawnta. He was very polite and answered all my questions. Ultimatley I decided to come take a look at the car and once again Shawnta was extremely helpful and showed me around the car and set me up for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car and the gentlemen who delt with the financing did a tremendous job as well. Overall I got a great deal and was able to work with an easy going, no pressure type sales man. I definitely recomend NW Automotive Group and I highly suggest you ask for Shawnta!
Though Joe has only been with this dealership for a short period of time, his customer service is top shelf. He gave my husband a chance to look around prior to approaching us, then took the lead once he knew what we wanted to do. He took heed of our need not to spend excessive hours to purchase a vehicle. He was quite the host by offering coffee, hot chocolate or water; it was kind of cold out. I didn???t want to drive off the lot that night, so we agreed on a time the next day. Who showed up on his day off? Joe! We went over the nuances of the Edge; and told me to take time to learn the functions over the weekend. When I bring the car back for the optional work on Monday, he asked me to look him up. I definitely will!
